This happened to me. I was in a crash with a truck, that in the end, left me unable to turn my neck to one side for about 17 years. Always had to turn almost my whole body to see that direction. Lived with it, thought nothing more about it. One day, visiting my chiropractor for another unrelated issue, he wanted to check my neck to see if there may be something there. Strictly a just in case look. As he moved, turned, and manipulated my neck, he let out a sudden whoa, there's something here.... He then just casually moved and turned my head, and then without warning... CRACK!!!!! The crack was so loud adjusting my neck, I know they heard it in the waiting room LOL! He asked how's that? And for the first time, after 17 years, I could turn my head to that side!! God bless the great work you Chiros do!!
Poor man, I would love too see a series with his progress. You are the best and you truly care about your clients both human and animal. You could see Craig's face relax and release when the session was over. Beautiful sight.
He is so patient and such a good character he is so willing to let you give him comfort. I’d love to see him again. He is so willing to try and get rid of some if not all his issues.
I'm a massage therapist and I know how much strength you out into this one. As soon as you did those two adjustments on his neck where you really heard it bang, the change in his eyes was immediate. His whole face softened. I saw that your neuromuscular massage along the cervicals really brought movement and softening to those tissues. I'm glad he found you!
Iv never wanted someone to have so much healing. He seems like a man who don’t like to complain and for 20 years has just got on with it. Incredible work you have done ,the relief and the happiness in his face when he could bring his arms up more.
I hope Craig continues to get treatment from Dr Doug Willen. His relief was obvious from almost the first few adjustments. And he was almost straight - I see more improvement coming!

Hi Craig, and Dr. Doug. Craig I want to tell you I'm 63 years old and was a blue collar worker for 50 years. Automobile mechanic, then aircraft mechanic for 32 years. Over those years I've had times when through my work my back would occasionally get so messed up, that getting out of bed to go to my chiropractor's office was very difficult. Once I pulled into his parking lot in my car and I thought I would have to crawl into his office. Then later I'd always walk out with no pain. From my young years of being active, playing sports and working on cars, when I took my job as an aircraft mechanic with Delta Airlines at the age of 28, one time my back was bothering me, and I'd just moved to Atlanta from Chicago, I went to a new chiropractor and he X-Rayed my spine. He told me I had three disk in lower back that were badly worn. He showed me on the x-ray. He told me to walk and to swim and that that would keep my core muscles supporting my spine. I do that still and have had few problems with my back over the years. I also see my chiropractor 3-4 times per year. I related to your pain Craig, because I have arthritis in my neck, and my Doc adjusts my neck when I go to him. I don't think I could function normally if not for that. You'll be surprised Craig ------ I'm retired now, and take regular trips on my motorcycle. As long as do some walking, and get a neck adjustment a few times a year I feel good and enjoy life. Craig I felt the pain that i saw you having in this video. Keep going to Dr. Willen , brother. I want to see you function better than you are now. He says at the end, that it's going to need to be chipped away at, as in, more than 1 visit. From what I gather, it will take several visits to gradually keep moving the neck back instead of 1 big push that will leave him in pain for days.
This is the problem my husband exactly has since 3 years, he is suffering a lot.. Not able to move his head. Doctors said the neck bone is rigid and calcified, they said only solution is surgery. Iam from India, I do visited chiropractic but they said they can't even touch this condition as there are chances of breaking of neck bone. I really felt happy seeing this vedio. God Bless you Doctor.

I hope he comes on a regular basis. When he said he was fine with his head hovering i almost fell over. Man, i can't wait til he comes back. We are here for that journey!!! Have a good weekend 😊

Inspiring.. as a young man with "the skeleton of a 65 year old" dealing with chronic pain for already half my life. Every sort of treatment from superficial to eastern medicine to massage, chiropractor, diet change etc. I have never found the relief that comes from proper chiropractic care. Keep it up ❤
Yes, please follow up with Craig, I would love to see his progress. Oh wow, I really feel for this poor bloke. His neck looks so rigid and stiff. It must have felt like concrete to work on. Those cracks sounded so deep and satisfying to hear as the viewer. Did it hurt your hands and thumbs to work on such hard muscles, Dr Doug? Love your work!
I feel for Craig. I remember falling down our stairs the day I turned 40, because of toys on the stairs I did not see. My hands were number for months, among other issues. I felt so vulnerable. Eventually I started running again and doing pushups, pullups, etc. Luckily getting my blood flowing again seemed to help, but for several months I thought life was going to be awful.
Same thing happened to me. Fell down stairs and for two months I couldnt even pick up a spoon. The Nerve pain was very uncomfortable. I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
@@brettnelson7518 I think these events make us become better people, strangely enough. When you wouldn't wish something on people who treated you badly, you have evolved in life! I felt that as well when I was suffering from actual clinical Depression, which I had never even believed was real previously. Even the people who told me to "just be happy", I wouldn't wish what I went through on them.
That is a very high level of care, Dr. Willen. I had something similar but definitely not 20 years. I was skeptical of chiropractic (my wife is an MRI tech and she and her nurse mother love chiropractic) - but after about the 4th treatment I had wonderful and total relief. Keep doing what you're doing.
@@muhammadayman7934 The traditional medical community doesn't seem to respect chiropractic. Just the way it is. I am now a firm believer in the healing power of chiropractic.
@@muhammadayman7934In a lot of places being a chiro is unlicensed. And the effects are usually temporary. Which means you need to return to the chiro lifelong.
@@misplacedcajun2325 I am sad to hear that, as the vast majority of chiropractors are knowingly peddling nonsense. There is relatively little to be gained from spinal adjustments, while the "schools" these people go to tell them that about 95% of ailments can be cured through adjustment of the vertebrae, or whatever you can get them to define a "sublation" as. Please go talk to a rheumatologist about the REASONS why they dislike chiropractic. It's not a "just the way it is" type of situation, it's nearly a scientology situation (ahem, remember when chiropractors called it religion? No? Strange.)
This will be a great series bc it’s shows progression on what stretching, massaging, and chiropractic therapy can do for someone. I hope he feels a bit of relief. You can tell it was the good kind of pain.
As someone who has cerebral palsy, I can definitely understand the relief felt after an adjustment. It's been way too long since my last adjustment. I have a supraspinatus injury (possible tear) so I can't start treatment until I can get a game plan to heal my shoulder issue. I had 2 unsuccessful attempts at Physical therapy.
He probably needs to come in weekly for 6 months to a year to get all the frozen muscles to release so he can get some curve back into his neck. The poor man. What about heat and stim, would that help him? My neck hurt just seeing Craig’s condition!😢
Hi Gisela! Thanks for the support, I will try my best, and I really hope „I won’t have to see him“ for the rest of his life, hope he will recover his range of motion… As much as possible, someday.

I like Craig a lot. And I consider myself a good judge of character. He will be in my prayers. And thanks Doctor for helping him so much. You’re awesome too!
I would love to see his progress. My father had this issue for as long as I can remember and never found a solution. Im interested to see if this is the solution. 😊
I don't think doctors realize that after going through many years of terrible pain when they poke around and ask does this hurt they never have stopped hurting so there is no difference.
I would love to see this man’s progress. Hopefully his neck becomes more and more mobile with future adjustments. I could tell with just that first adjustment that he was feeling better and looser 🙏
I love the fact that you only did the required work on the poor guy, other chiropractors would went in and pushed and yanked if they could. I can’t imagine what permanent damage they would of did, all in the name of money. I hope Craig gets the relief he’s looking for and I really wish that his visits are free, they should always be free in cases like Craig 🌻
My neck is a wreck and lower spine is not fine. I've seen good and bad chiropractors for 40+ years. Specialist's, therapists', neurologist's, and chiros couldn't see the problem. Finally a chiro did damage on both sides where one side I ultimately resolved on my own. 11 years later his original mistake is still my every day agony. I'm untrained but have learned better chiropractic than many with a license. Yes, I'd watch Craig's return.
I loved watching you work all his muscles and then getting his neck to adjust. It would be fascinating to see you work on him some more and straighten his neck. I feel you will do it Dr.
Great result Doc. I have similar problems and I understood watching this video that I should not wait 20 more years. Hope he will get better with few sessions
He really needs a year's worth of sessions! A case that extreme needs time and many, many adjustments as it settles and recovers back into a more optimal state. Hopefully he keeps coming back.

Tbh thats what the whole process is, forcing frozen muscles to move again. But to answer your question, you'd probably tear the muscles resulting in damage.
He looks at least ten years younger than he did when he went in. That’s an unexpected bonus surely! This poor man, I am so glad that he was able to get a bit better range of motion started for himself, and hopefully pain free. I wonder if his condition will get any better in the future if he goes back to the chiropractor for future sessions? He says at the end, that it's going to need to be chipped away at, as in, more than 1 visit. From what I gather, it will take several visits to gradually keep moving the neck back instead of 1 big push that will leave him in pain for days.
😅@@andrewtingate6658
lat - latissimus or lat-attachment 😂
This is the problem my husband exactly has since 3 years, he is suffering a lot.. Not able to move his head. Doctors said the neck bone is rigid and calcified, they said only solution is surgery. Iam from India, I do visited chiropractic but they said they can't even touch this condition as there are chances of breaking of neck bone. I really felt happy seeing this vedio. God Bless you Doctor.
😳 wow i had my tense face on the whole video! You can see everything all over Craig's face. We have seen lots of frozen shoulders but I think this is the 1st neck. 20yrs that's crazy. I hope he comes on a regular basis. When he said he was fine with his head hovering i almost fell over.
Man, i can't wait til he comes back. We are here for that journey!!! Have a good weekend 😊
Thank you Barbara! Amazing severe case, we‘ll see what we can achieve!
Yes - let’s have a series of Craig getting better - please!
👍🏼😊🙏🏻
There was def a noticeable change in his movement, look and eye brightness! Really hope he keeps coming, so sad to see how long he’s suffered. Xo
Yes! unfortunately when you decide to get rid of those sort of problem sometimes it is almost too late! I‘ll try my best! Thanks for sharing KrystalTiger.
God bless him. He’s been putting up with the pain and stiffness so long it’s his normal. I know you can make a difference in his quality of life.
Inspiring.. as a young man with "the skeleton of a 65 year old" dealing with chronic pain for already half my life.
No it didn’t hurt my fingers or hand! 😅
Wow amazing!
Keep doing what you're doing.
why were you skeptical i just want to relate to someone
No? Strange.)

Can’t wait to see Craig’s progress! Hope to see him again!
😊👍🏼🙏🏻
@jimmymcgarryhe has. Chiropractors are doctors of chiropractic medicine.
Can't wait to see him improve! Poor guy! Thank goodness he came to the right place, Doc! Sending warm positive thoughts his way! ~ Robin
Awww thanks a lot The Pamperedhen for the compassionate words, yes poor guy, I will try my best to help him.🙏🏻
This will be a great series bc it’s shows progression on what stretching, massaging, and chiropractic therapy can do for someone. I hope he feels a bit of relief. You can tell it was the good kind of pain.
He was a lot more relaxed at the session went on and loads more movement towards the end ❤ I would love to see a progress update on him
Thanks for watching and for the thumbs up.
I’m invested in his progress ❤ can’t wait to see more
Thanks Jessy!
He probably needs to come in weekly for 6 months to a year to get all the frozen muscles to release so he can get some curve back into his neck. The poor man. What about heat and stim, would that help him? My neck hurt just seeing Craig’s condition!😢
Thanks for your compassion Sue.
Wow, wow, wow ! Such a doctor with golden hands. Craig will definitely come, you have a patient for life. Thanks, Doc !
Hi Gisela! Thanks for the support, I will try my best, and I really hope „I won’t have to see him“ for the rest of his life, hope he will recover his range of motion… As much as possible, someday.
@@DrDougWillenHouseofChiro 🙏👋👍
YES!! Make Craig a star! We will be watching with bated breath. Love to go on the journey to better health. I could see the relief on Craigs face. No where to go but up!😊😊👍
What a sweet and humble guy Craig is. Well done Doug for relieving his posture and for helping him. Great video.❤
I really need to see his updates, I'm completely invested with his progress. Wishing the absolute best for him

I can’t even imagine what it is like living like that . I can see he got a little relief from just this one session . Good job Doc ❤️🥂
Thanks Ms Marie! Very special case!
I know i could not live like this i want my neck to move
This was amazing! I could tell he felt better at the end of the session. Would love to see Craig come back to you for more relief! 😊
Thanks Purple Queen for sharing!
I don’t think we saw the same video
I feel bad for this man, he doesn't deserve this, no one does, haven't watched the full thing but gonna watch it now
SO SATISFYING. I’d love to watch twenty hours of this and see the man get full relief.
I’m looking forward to seeing Craig again very soon because I am completely confident that you will help him, he is such a cool person who obviously suffers, but he doesn’t complain 😊
Thank you so much Sheila for your interest and encouraging words! 👍🏼🙏🏻
Yes please...more Craig. Love these intense cases, Doc this is when you shine.

Aww thank you Gary! Severe case with Craig! Hope we will be able to improve his range of motion.

Awww that‘s the nicest comment today! So grateful for your support and your prayers davedaddy101!
I would love to see his progress. My father had this issue for as long as I can remember and never found a solution. Im interested to see if this is the solution. 😊
Seeing people relieved of their suffering is the greatest thing
Poor guy appeared defeated in life. You could see his hope rise with each adjustment. Great stuff doc!
Thanks Future!

I don't think doctors realize that after going through many years of terrible pain when they poke around and ask does this hurt they never have stopped hurting so there is no difference.
Yes! We want to see more visits and progress. I buy in to their stories so seeing progress is important. Thank you for all you do, Doc ❤🎉🙏🇺🇸
Craig is so chill for the amount of pain he is in 😫 I hope he comes back
Poor man! Feel better Craig! Doug you're such a healer! You can see in his eyes he could see a sense of relief!
Thanks C T
I would love to see this man’s progress. Hopefully his neck becomes more and more mobile with future adjustments. I could tell with just that first adjustment that he was feeling better and looser 🙏
Man! The things we'll suffer through. 20 years, glad he finally made it in. Hope he's kept going, off to look for update videos lol
Definitely would love to see this man’s journey and hope he gets better!
Bless him, seems like a gentle soul. Hope he feels better soon.

Thank you for sharing your words Frankie
My neck is a wreck and lower spine is not fine. I've seen good and bad chiropractors for 40+ years.
Specialist's, therapists', neurologist's, and chiros couldn't see the problem. Finally a chiro did damage on
both sides where one side I ultimately resolved on my own. 11 years later his original mistake
is still my every day agony. I'm untrained but have learned better chiropractic than many with a license.
Yes, I'd watch Craig's return.

"Hear that one?"
Bro, aliens in the Andromeda Galaxy could hear that one lol
I loved watching you work all his muscles and then getting his neck to adjust. It would be fascinating to see you work on him some more and straighten his neck. I feel you will do it Dr.
Good if you feel I’ll do it! I wouldn’t be so sure! He is a severe case! But who knows…hope always dies last! 🤞🏼thanks Carol.
Great result Doc. I have similar problems and I understood watching this video that I should not wait 20 more years. Hope he will get better with few sessions
We‘ll see! Hope I can help more!
He looks waaaaay more relaxed and opened up - nice work! Bring him back 😊
Thank you for watching this one Joboof
These DIY videos are life savers for working on my family necks. Thanks for the tutorials!
Dr Doug Willen is very talented and the patient in the video presented with a very acute problem - Wow ! The difference so far is phenomenal.
He really needs a year's worth of sessions! A case that extreme needs time and many, many adjustments as it settles and recovers back into a more optimal state. Hopefully he keeps coming back.
Yes! hopefully!
It must be quite the feeling to have someone like Craig put their trust in you💕
Thanks Boo.☺️
Wow! What an increase in mobility for him! I’d LOVE to see a series of him. I would absolutely tune in for that. Can we get some pro bono treatment for Craig?
Thanks Kellie! We will see what happens with Craig.
I love the cracing sound😂
Nice work Dr. Doug! You can see a visible change in his facial expression from beginning to end. He looks more alert and aware.
I think so too!
@@DrDougWillenHouseofChiro I wish I could get to you. I have ankylosing spondylitis from psoriatic arthritis. I watch and wonder what that relief would feel like.
Awww I‘m so sorry to hear Steve.
So wonderful seeing gradual results. Hope you film his progress! Praying this sweet man finds relief as you work.
Thank you so much Donna
WOW! He was so stiff & stuck, maybe the most we’ve ever seen in a neck. These extreme cases are really interesting, although I feel for the people. It would be great to follow his progress.
Thank you Vaga! It’s gonna be one kind of a journey! Really hope I can help! 🤞🏼
He probably has ankylosing spondylitis...which is much more than just your average 'stiff neck'.
@@DrDougWillenHouseofChiro i suffer with ankylosing spondylitis. This is a serious condition. He should have been given proper medical care and biologics to prevent fusing of the spinal column. Its so painful poor guy.
Poor guy… I really hope he kept it up, he needs this so bad. It’s incredible, you couldn’t get his neck to move that much.
He really lives far, we don’t know if he comes back.
What if you straighten his neck just by extreme force? What happens to him? Just hurts or he will suffer injury or death?
Tbh thats what the whole process is, forcing frozen muscles to move again. But to answer your question, you'd probably tear the muscles resulting in damage.
I‘ve never heard a neck cracking that often!

Thank you for sharing
I hope Craig follows up on his care with multiple visits. I'd love to watch his progress.
I’m English so we have a free healthcare system; but we don’t use chiropractors very often if at all, it’s a nuisance about that. So many people think that chiropractors are quacks when they’re not at all. As is evinced here by this wonderful doctor, who does so much for🕊👍 other people. He helps animals too; horses, cats, dogs, farmyard animals. Fabulous! (Thank you for posting this incidentally)🎠❤️🕊

Yes! Craig should return and I’d like to view his recovery
Any future results and how he's doing? Is he able to move his arms all the way up and able to move his neck normally?
