I've been using pressure pots for a couple years now and love everything about the set up. I only have the Fuji half gallon pot and Graco pro comp pot and gun but been looking at a bigger pot like that. So from your experience since having this set up, how fine of a finish can you achieve? Are you spaying Kem-Aqua plus? Have you sprayed any 2k, Conversion varnish or lacquer? I've been struggling with laying down a glass like mirror finish in CV, even after catalyzing, retarder & thinning. I enjoy watching this type of content and thought I'd see if there's any advice you could offer to my dellema. Nice set up, keep up the good work 👍
I’ve only sprayed kem aqua out of it. Kem aqua is my go to because of its thin viscosity. Plus I can get a hard finish without having to mix a bunch stuff.
This setup is definitely better for larger spray sessions or even just leaving it setup for something you always spray like white paint or primer. If I only had one paint gun, I would use the 3m pps system too.
The blue line is the main line from my air compressor. The yellow line is just a spray nozzle I have attached to blow off pieces before painting. Has nothing to do with the pressure pot setup.
All the fittings are provided. I believe they are 3/8” fittings if you want to add on valves like I did. I just picked up some husky fittings from Home Depot

Really nice video! FS should use you for demos on the D6 (if they ever have one)
Thank you 🙏🏾! Yes they should 😁
I see the appeal for large spraying sessions. The cleanup compared to the 3M PPS system is the only concern I would have.

Does this use the Fuji turbine and also a separate air compressor or just the turbine?
It uses both the Fuji turbine and the air compressor
Not understanding the air hose connections. I see a yellow and blue air hose connected to the pressure pot. Can you expand on those connections?
