I’m a RN from a ADN program that got hired into NICU with some BSN graduates, sometimes expirience is more important like workin in the hospital you want to get hired as a Student Nurse Tech. I now have my BSN and my raise was a whole 50cent increase to my hourly rate, its almost laughable, I got a dollar raise getting my Medical Surgical Certification after working on Surgical unit which was a better increase in pay than getting my BSN. I don’t do anything different than what I used to do before my BSN but some hospitals do lean on hiring nurses with a BSN or at least be enrolled into a BSN program, and its should be a goal for every ADN nurse as it gives you more opportunities in the future if you wish to move into management, teaching or work in advanced roles such as a nurse practicioner etc....A ADN nurse is still a Registered Nurse bottom line and getting your RN from a ADN school has so many benefits than going for BSN, trust me, no loans or debt and being a RN is amazing not to mention the hospital paid for my BSN!😁

your BSN/ADN is the degree you have. your RN is the title you claim after passing your NCLEX-RN exam, just like you obtain your LPN after your NCLEX-PN. your RN has nothing to do with the degree, but instead is a representation of you passing your NCLEX-RN & being registered. ADN is an associates, BSN is a bachelors. more time, more education, more $$. but either way if you take the NCLEX-RN and pass, you’d be an RN. hence the ADN, RN/BSN, RN title.

In Philippines before you can take an exam for Philippines licensure examination for nurses you must be a graduate of bachelor of science in nursing if not you cannot take the nursing board. However, we don't usually acknowledge that title as BSN instead they acknowledge the RN as registered nurse.

After 3-4 years of nursing school, you are being challenged by the ultimate exam "NCLEX, TEAS, STNA, IELTS, CNA,LCSW, LMFT,and LPC . Many nursing students face difficulties in acquiring their license and many take like 5-7 attempts after graduation to acquire this license.
Come to think of it, what if you were using the wrong study materials or technics. With Christian's services, your pass is highly guaranteed as it offers to you a clear path to trash the exams.

I don’t see the point of you doing an RN vs. BSN, having a BSN degree is not higher or better than the RN, RN is the license, not a degree, whether you are ADN or BSN or MSN or PhD prepared nurse, all get the same license and the same scope of practice under the title of RN.
