What a gut punch. Loving this squarebody content, hiccups and all. I burned through the whole playlist but finally caught up to your current uploads. Keep at it! Much appreciated.
thank you very much. Lots more still to come. have a great day.
two options: first is to get a carbide bit and drill into the snapped bolt. Then use an easy out and spin it back out. Second, if you have a welder use a small portion of a 6011 rod and insert into the hole. wrap it with a small amount of paper so it will stay centered. Then touch the welding stick to it quickly. Once welded use vice grips and spin out slowly. I feel one of these methods should work for you. I have done both and each can be done with Home Depot parts. Thanks for the great video and best of luck!!
Thank you, I'm about to call in the calvary. See what ma and my friends can figure out.
I have a quick question... When putting the beginning part of rear driveshaft... Where do u put lube, on outside or inside and is there A specific way or position too feed it in?
Great video. I appreciate you sharing your knowledge. I did subscribe 👍🏻
Awesome, thank you!
How are you going to fix it
already done, video will be out soon
WHEN will it be coming??@@unclebucksgarage7695
SATURDAY
What kind of paint did you use on the drive shaft? It looks real good. 👍
The broke bolt SUCKS though. Been there, I broke the front drive shaft on my Jeep. 🤦🏼♂️
I live in the south so I have ACE/TRUE VALUE hardware stores in my area so I use their. PREMIUM ENAMEL spray paints. I highly recommend them. $5 as opposed to $10 for any other brand. Good stuff
Thanks for the video...🇺🇲
No problem 👍
Nice video! I gotta vibration on my truck, (‘95 Suburban) going up hill, at higher RPMs and when going above 65 mph.. I’m thinking drive shaft needs balanced or replaced. I’m thinking remove the drive shift and take to shop instead of taking the truck in… can a drive shaft be checked for balance while in the truck?
sorry NO, Have to take it off to check balance
@@unclebucksgarage7695 thanks!
I can't get mine off my 91 dodge ram the back is stuck on it don't just lift like yours I hit it with a mallet some wd40 and a wrench as a pry bar and I'm stuck on it someone show how to remove one that is stuck on the back end like yours not like the other style of them
if you have a torch heat up the yolk so it will expand a little then it should come out
Perhaps you know of some mechanical genius that can fix it 🤔
LOL You betcha, it's good to have GREAT friends.
THANKS
