I am so impressed. Wow is wright. I grew up playing under the quilts that my Mom and Grandma would hand quilt and visit. I felt like a spy under there. We had to learn to walk sideways around the quilt form. I too have a long arm but I have never attempted anything this grand. Thank you for sharing you ideas and inspiration.

I’m so glad for these videos on how to not loose the piecing with the Quilting. I was at the quilt show at the Rosemount in Chicago and saw a quilt made with Tula’s fabrics, but I couldn’t see the design because they did an edge to edge design and just buried the fabric and pattern design. I will continue to listen and observe your teaching. Thank you.

I really have never felt comfortable trying to machine quilt feathers, but am getting better at it since I am taking your classes. You describe and model the quilting in a way I can understand. If you could only know how much you have helped me. Through circumstances I haven’t done any quilting since before Xmas but I haven’t missed one of your tutorials. In the last couple of days I’ve been able to finish quilting a quilt I started and stopped on many times and one I had basted ready to go. Decision making is a huge problem for me but I’m really happy with my work and I believe it’s thanks to you. Keep it coming.
I am watching the machine quilting challenge. My mom handquilted many quilts and she wants me to hand quilt. I will do that but I am working and did my first quilt. Need to finish it , started one for granddaughter and I want to complete them myself.
That is why I am watching to see if I could do it before being invested and you make it look easy

Angela -- this has to be one of your best quilting projects!! I love the unique way that your chunky feather went "behind" the bears' heads which is a great way to tie all of the quilt together. Why not? I must remember this! I also love the wavy lines for the bears' heads, creating definition of the head without being too detailed. Then you had the simplicity of the angles on the nose and the ears, great complement to the small pebbling and large feathers. Thanks so much for sharing with all of us!

I recently bought a Baby Lock Tiara and am very new at this. Watching you do all the techniques is great. I have ordered the Slim and Shorty Rulers. Can’t wait to see how that works but so far the stitch in the ditch free hand is looking good ! I am using a light thread for the quilt (per your suggestion) I’ve finished (the quilt top that is), I’ve sandwiched it and am going full speed again - ok - ½ speed doing the stitch in the ditch first and then free hand in the blocks. I’d like to send a picture to you when I’m done. How do I do that ? I have your quilt shop on my bucket list one day. Keep those videos coming ! I am watching like crazy ! When I’m not horse back riding or sewing that is. Two of the most expensive hobbies in the world and I have to do both ! Laugh Out Loud ! Thanks !

2nd, haha, we have a neighborhood bear that prowls around our 'hood and my hubby and I call him "Beary." Don't panic, our bears are pretty harmless, unless you leave your trash out, then they are just really messy!

I just completed the first quilt I quilted myself on my sewing machine. I did a lot of ruler work I learned from you. Purchased an HQ 710 around Christmas time and have been following your tutorials. I can't thank you enough for stressing two things I really needed: 1) don't stop to rip things out and 2) it doesn't have to be perfect (am a bit OCD!). There is some really ugly stuff in that quilt to my close up critical eye, but I learned SO MUCH am so proud of it! My husband was even impressed! And it looks really good when I stop judging everything close up and stand back to look at it! Thank you for the systematic way you are guiding us thru the patterns in your tutorials. I am really enjoying the process.
Oh wow! The quilting turned out great! I have access to this pattern and I never thought of breaking up the bears faces like she did. Oh and I caught the dragonflies you quilted in there. So cute!
I'm a longarm quilter and I keep honeybees so I noticed those bees in the fabric right away. Then I saw you outlined them😊😊. A very happy quilt and beautiful quilting.

I love your quilting! I could sit here all day and watch you quilt. I have tried few different designs from your quilt challenge but not on a "real" quilt yet. I have a smaller quilt that I think I will try to do with FMQ. My main issue is deciding what to quilt - you always flow so easily from design to design and it always looks great.
I promise that it gets easier with practice!! Keep at it!!
