I'm SO GLAD that I have finally (at the age of 75) come to an understanding concerning the proper human diet. It is the ancestorial diet of MEAT, called the Carnivore diet. I'm now in my 8th month of eating only red meat, with some chicken, fish and pork as well as butter and eggs. Inflammation in knees is completely gone (after less than two weeks) and MUCH MORE to report! Alt Blood sugar and blood pressure is now NORMAL.

Great video. One correction though. Spinach, chard, and beet greens are excellent vegetables to eat that are not good sources of calcium due to their High oxalate content. The oxalate in the binds to the calcium, so you don't get the calcium from them the way you would from kale, collards, Bok choy, mustard greens, turnip greens, arugula, etcetera.

All of the suggested routines reflect excellent advice. I will be 80 in a few days. But in addition to the maintenance of body, mind, and spirit, one should first consider the state of one’s soul as the first priority. Having faith in God, repenting of sins, trusting in the redemptive sacrifice of Christ on the cross is essential. Being healthy and fit, but dying unsaved is a far worse fate than living with disease and age related maladies. The eternal destination of the soul is not an optional thing, but an urgent and transformative reality. God bless each of you.
