    Thanks, yours is the first kit unboxing I have found anywhere. Crazy low cost at $230.00. for this 1/10 scale Tamiya designed all metal 3 speed, Toyota body RC kit.

    It really does look like a Bruiser! Packaged really well. Should be a fun build!👊

      I made a running video of it as well, decked out in full Bruiser livery. 🤙🍻

    it's beautiful. With some minor mods including some soft tires and a slipper clutch from ebay, it can be a decent crawler.

    It really is amazing how they can make it for that price. You have probably seen that they have now cloned another Tamiya truck, this time the Toyota Hilux High Lift. HengGuan call this new model the HG-P417 "Middle East 4x4 Pickup". Again, it is fantastic value for money. See the unboxing, full review and off-road testing at BlackSeaRC.

    Would this drivetrain handle the torque and speed of a med size brushless system ?

    • @poorboysrc
      @poorboysrc  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      T. Man I think it would. From what I’ve read online, the bearings seem to be the weak point in this rig. I’m using mine quite conservatively, but if you’re going to run it often, I’d suggest upgrading the bearings, and go from there!

    you have a link to buy this kit ?

    • @poorboysrc
      @poorboysrc  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      T. Man check Banggood.com, they seem to have the bet prices. Or even EBay. I ordered one from AliExpress and it never arrived. So I (personally) don’t trust that seller.

      LiL Hustler I had the same problem with my first order. It was with AliExpress, nothing but issues with them!
      Got this kit from Banggood, nice and fast!

    where's the radio / servo tub?

    • @poorboysrc
      @poorboysrc  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Identical location to the Tamiya Bruiser, in a closed case hovering over the rear axle. It's nice and big, too!

    Does it have a manual and parts listing?

    • @poorboysrc
      @poorboysrc  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      wallace douglas yes it came with both. That said, the Manual is definitely NOT Tamiya quality, and there were some nuts missing, and others extra.
