    For me everything slow down for like few secs and I didnt have to think next move at all. It was my body that just take control and I was like sit back and watch everything happening then Until my body finish the job. And the result was not my 100% but impossible for my age. Still people were there talk about this and how good I was.

      Experienced similar. I was playing at the park 5v5 and i made 13 of the teams 15pts. I was completely engrossed in the moment and just focusing on the game, whether it be playing defense or offense. Whenever i had the ball, i knew i was gonna make the next shot. Everything i felt and did felt so good and pure.

    It’s super weird I’ve got adhd I do it all the time by accident it’s almost annoying because it fucks up my timing because everything feels slower and once I realize I’m in it it snaps away

      Its simple and unfortunately also not so simple to explain if you're a more "programmed," (for lack of better terminology) person. Having just the right amount of control over your body and mind from an early stage in life taught and trained or self learnt with a quick and astute understanding. Or a long duration of mastery that is. No true addictions can be allowed in life (day to use of substances, harmful in anyway or gluttonous, greedy behaiviors) unless limited and absolutely controlled/integrated (meaning any loss of control to or reliance on) media/technologies/bad hobbies aka poor time management. Unhealthy drugs/foods or pleasures that affect your ability to go an entire day or longer without thinking of these/those things. If you have any vices your overly dependent on hell even for some people its a simple cigarette addiction, excess time spent on smartphone or excess caffeine as something you are wired to believe you need that gnaw away at your short term and long term focuses. Take small steps towards removing these. Its when you don't have reliance on any of these things you can expect your time management to improve and you can and will purposefully flow at your own natural capacities. Therein, by your very own will and desire to enter said state, you will enter! Or just take the right prescription if you find it and never miss a dose lol (*joke obviously, unless you seriously need something like this and it works for you (talk to your doctor first*.) Its strange to me this is another thing they dont teach in school, "proper control over oneself."

    I always remain in flow state, even without any try I am always in it. But no one knows it's minus points, I suffer those minus points daily.

      @@rivu9343 actually when you be in the flow state, you just totally forget about your surroundings, your family, your other tasks, your environment, even weather, food, thirst, everything. And it might finally lead you to the OCD problems. And you become stubborn and very possessive.
