The ant is the house hold pet in the Philippines. Ants are always in the house, kitchen table, walls, etc. It's like having an outdoor picnic in your house. I finally got rid of them. I was using ESPN to watch NFL. They normally would broadcast it live in the morning and replay it at night. Maybe what you use is better. What app did you download and use to watch NFL? Thanks.

I'm diabetic and rice is generally a no-no but i learned something weird a while back if you put the rice into a fridge for 24 hours or so it transforms into a healthier version for us diabetic lowering the GI. The reason why this happens is stated online somewhere, look it up if you are wondering, i just call it magic and eat it :P
Nobody needs rice.. But it's hard to avoid in the Philippines 😂. Maybe yams or sweet potatoes are best nutritional wise. Probably still not great for diabetic fellows.
@@JohnBabcock-qy1cs We all make our own choices but generally a healthy low carb diet is preferred when you are a diabetic but i've seen ppl with diabetic eating and drinking as they once did in their youth. it's not like a diabetic has to cut out all sugar's and carbs it's the amount each time that is important even i can have cake, just not a big piece :) same with potatoes and rice. it's not the high's and low's in the blood sugar that kills you it's the speed it goes from low to high... this is measured in an glycaemic index aka GI the lower the GI is, the better it is for us diabetic's when it comes to the speed increase in blood sugar levels
