There is no nr1 island in Greece. Yes Santorini gets a huge fame and very rightfully so. However. There are so so many incredible famous, less famous and unknown islands that are truly wonderful. The true beauty is the immense diversity of the islands and also the immense diversity of the mainland that many people are unaware of, which is too bad as has so many beauties that will rival the experience you have in Santorini but in their unique ways. From snow capped mountains all the way till the sea, from volcanos to virgin forests, from geological paradises to 400 wetlands, from canyons to crystsl clear rivers mountain lakes, many thousands of caves and then endless historical and cultural opportunities.
Crete is the most wonderful place we've ever been to. Even after a week, we didn't want to leave.
Chad and Claire, this was truly a beautiful video of Santorini, Greece. I liked the historical facts that Chad made of the island. The AirB&B was unbelievably nice. The restaurants served spectacular food. The beaches were idyllic! I could not believe my eyes when I saw the camouflage sting ray that blended perfectly into the ocean’s floor. No wonder Santorini is everyone’s favorite tourist destination!

Santorini....the paradise on earth...
Hubby and I were in Santorini in Aprilthis year. Went thru the countryside to Oia and checked it out before going to a beautiful winery for snacks and wine tasting. Great memories 👌

Ammoundi bay is perfect for sunset too. Go to oia castle 2 hours before sunset and slowly walk down 😅

Great video and great food choices. Santorini is not famous for its beaches. If you want nice beaches go to other islands. Also good advice for accommodation as you said is not to stay at fyra or oia. I ve stayed in perissa for 20euros a night a few years ago

How to go to El Nido, Palawan ?
