- China has built many new infrastructure projects in the last few years, but this one really blew our mind - a glass-bottomed sky train!
Travel as if you are flying through the suburbs of Wuhan with panoramic views from the windows or you could look beneath your feet to see the world go by.
The sky train is also driverless, so it really feels like you have stepped into the future here in Wuhan.

What is special about this train is that, not only it has a glass bottom and a 270-degree view, but also that it is powered by lithium batteries, allowing for speedy recharge and operation in high-stress situations and extreme weather. It is the world's first new energy tourism rail test line, a real feather on the cap of China's rail network.

There's a suspended monorail system in Wuppertal, Germany called the Schwebebahn. It's old, looks like steam punk, but it's fully functional and extensively used. Sorry, only solid bottoms, no glass AFAIK.
