    I love that you get right to the point! I grow Bitter Melon for my diabetes and I have both green and white. I learned to cook them both after they turn orange and they are less bitter and tasty. Just saying

And i know how important a morning routine is but as night shift worker i dont know how to have a healthy lifestyle . I really need help.     How lemon juice and milk can be mixed! ये आयुर्वेद के‌ अनुसार विरुद्ध आहार में आता है। Milk with any sour food is contraindicated..

    Dear madam, even if someone has been down with a mental illness, say depression/anxiety/stress, for a very long period, and on medicines......with the vitamin intake as suggested in this video, is it possible to repair the brain that got damaged by excessive stress and mental illness, plus adverse effects of medicines. Request you to please enlighten us on this aspect. There are many who are wanting to regain pre illness level of functioning. Thank you

      I find this a lot in yogic food and health videos that sometimes the advice contradicts ayurveda. That makes things confusing. Glad to see someone pointing this out. Perhaps though it is dairy free milk like almond or soy mixed with banana since it is not dairy. I know in a way that is still contradicting since technically you should eat fruit by itself.

      Actually if we take plant based milk along with nuts & fruits, it doesn’t affect negatively. That’s why we have recipes like smoothie bowls, vegan ice creams with fruit in it, vegan cheesecake etc.

      This is actually good for your spirituality & meditation. Not good in real life, if it's messing with your daily work or routine.
      We do mediation to connect with our body, soul & God, also to feel relaxed.

      Look into a product by organic India called full breath. It has helped my husband tremendously and eliminate mucous producing foods.💜

      As far as yoga you can make alternate nostril breathing a part of your daily routine. Try to meditate at least 10 minutes a day. Massage your sinus acupressure points multiple times daily. Try Bhujangasana and Adho Mukha Svanasana. Hope this helps.

    Plz advice I'm a fitness woman I eat healthy big breakfast between 7 and 8am I eat protein yogurt bowl with fruits and seeds or smoothie or pb toast....other healthy snacks between 10am and 10.30 am ..at lunch some time I eat protein and salad or veggie..but I never like to eat lunch 😑 I love eat only dinner with family 6pm to 6.30 ..please can juste eat bow of fruiit or row veggies for lunch...I juste want to eat only 2 meals + 2 to 3 snacks..I don't feel lunch time good for my stomach..I feel some time Ilike won't vomited
