@@aditya.sonkrree the Hindu culture is built on consciousness which is superior always and remains so bcoz it's built from creator's perspective but the science was built on creation. So science doesn't even amount to 0.01% of what Hindu culture has. We are purposely kept away from our own culture bcoz of this. There is constant war against it in every form possible. We are constantly looking for validation from science when the quantum physics is learning from our scriptures and not even crediting it. They have stolen everything possible nd repackages as western science. How in the world people believed apple falling down is the discovery of gravity when there were temples depicting gravity so clearly. No wonder Swami Vivekananda mocked the person something along the line we have too many apples falling down in India. Wake up. Our culture is the highest education nothing matches it. You will feel betrayed once you know about it.

Thanks so much Maa. There is also Brhamari similar to Yoni Mudra, I learnt it as a child and find it very beneficial for brain but it cannot be practised for some specific people so I think Yoni Mudra is better.
