I get the whole “you can have one roll or a slice of THIN crust pizza “ quite a bit 🤦🏼♀️
never related to a video more in my life, appreciate the time you take to make these! None of my friends understand why I always have snacks with me

The pepper trick!! Brilliant. As a naturally paranoid person, I will absolutely be adopting this strategy from here on out. Thanks Phil!
i didn’t think of it so i can’t take credit but i’ve heard people do it and thought it was brilliant too so i hadda share
I cancel the order- I have worked in bad kitchens where they would have done just that- take ‘em off and send it back out. Heck, sometimes the people I am with tell me to just take the bread off. 😂 people just don’t know. So that pepper hack is gold!
Yes part 3! Gallbladder made me gluten, corn, and dairy free but got that trouble maker removed this weekend so we shall see
best of luck!
All the best in your recovery. ❤
Loved seeing people share all the reasons they can’t eat gluten. I have autoimmune issues and gluten really messes me up, but it’s not as “acceptable” as being celiac for some reason.

Also! It's not just fryers that one needs to ask if they share with other gluten foods 😭
I have a partner that is celiac, not only do we ask about the fryers, we also have to ask if they share their cutting boards, utensils and containers with other gluten items... Especially restaurants that has gluten free options and still make regular food...
I make sure to let the wait-staff know that my partner is severely celiac and he cannot have a salad that is cut on the same cutting board that they have used with gluten items along with their knives, forks, and spoons 😭
Can you tell we've come to terms with the fact that we can no longer eat out and only cook at home where we know it's safe 😐
Keep the parts coming as long as you have more tips!
👏👏👏More please!!

Jersey Mike's has a gluten free Philly cheese steak? :)
How are they with cross contact?
I've been gluten free for 10 years now (celiac gang 🤙) and I gotta say a tip I wish I heard and realized sooner, was to stand up for myself when going out to eat with people to a place that has few to no options for me. I have done that way too many times and risked my health "to socialize", but now I know better. also, people who aren't willing to change restaurants to accommodate you are people who don't really care about you
Licorice is my #1 favorite. 😩this was a big disappointment.
there are gf licorice! but yea most popular name brands are a no go
@@PhilHatesGluten thanks for the info! I'll look into it.
The sour punch straws too man…😩😩😩
Dude you need to find Peter Osborne's channel. Save your own life guy!! It saved me. Rice, corn and oats are NOT gluten free. Read No Grain, No Pain
