    I’ve actually watched like 8 tutorials, but this one is the BEST. I don’t like to be doing bindings so I really appreciate your great way to make this

    Had trouble working with quilted fabric using the other process. This looks easier to do!

      Yes!!! It’s super duper easy. No raw edges or binding on the inside!!! Absolutely beginner friendly.

    Do we have to sew the part you left of lining to flip it ?

    How does the pouch hold its shape without foam interfacing? It's very cute!

    • @sweetcinnamonroses
      @sweetcinnamonroses  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Simply by the way it’s constructed. The boxy shape is awesome at keeping its shape. But of course - you can totally use soft and stable instead of left over quilt batting to give it even more structure!! 👍

    Do you need to backstitch when you are quilting the first panel

    • @sweetcinnamonroses
      @sweetcinnamonroses  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Technically yes. Always backstitch at the beginning and end of every seam. But. In this case I don’t always do it as the panels get trimmed down anyway (and I secure them before turning them into a bag). Hope that helps.

    Hi! When you do quilt batting, do you use jean needle or normal needle?

    • @sweetcinnamonroses
      @sweetcinnamonroses  หลายเดือนก่อน

      That’s a very good question. Technically you could use a normal needle but I’m lazy and hate changing them. So I’m using a jeans/ denim needle ALL THE TIME. Making sure it doesn’t break on me when sewing through loads of layers of fabric, zipper, batting…

    What is the blue mat you have there under your machine, it’s it just sitting there

    • @sweetcinnamonroses
      @sweetcinnamonroses  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It’s a self healing cutting mat. Super handy when it comes to sewing. Especially when you’re using a rotary cutter instead of scissors for precision!!

    Hi when you turn inside out what about the hole in lining?

    • @sweetcinnamonroses
      @sweetcinnamonroses  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes! You have to close that either by machine or by hand - much neater by hand though. You can find the video for that here: th-cam.com/video/e81sFrEclCs/w-d-xo.html
