    Good stuff! I’m new to this and recently joined a gym where Sarah Backman trains in Florida. Getting my 16 y/o interested too.! Love your beginner instructions! Thank you!

    All the content on your channel is priceless! I don't have an armwrestling comunity where I live at the moment, so strengthening all the muscles involved in armwrestling will hopefully help me when I start armwrestling!
    Also! I know your trip to Dubai got cancelled, are you going later this year? I hope you do and your channel blows up.

    Thanks mate!!! Really informative. I see a lot of guys training to pull with their fingers way to open. Now I will just make them watch this.

    Love this exercise. I find that if I slide backward my foot matching my lifting hand (e.g. right foot with right hand) and slide the opposing foot forward, the lift is more comfortable and doesn't strain my back as much.

    I put the fatgripz on my pullup bar and just do the hangman exercise. It's static hold and roll off my fingers slowly. I can stand on my feet to take some weight off or lean back with toes touching ground. It's another variation than the exercise demonstrated in the video

    • @voiceofarmwrestling
      @voiceofarmwrestling  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Thats a complete different exercise, still good but nothing like this.

    Coach, have you tried this with any of the eccentric handles? If yes, which one would you recommend?

    • @voiceofarmwrestling

      I have tried it. Not a huge fan of this exercises with them, but for me smaller handle was better.

    I want to ask something.
    Do you recommend training on armwrestling table or on the ground?
    I still don't get it. I feel more comfortable training on the table than on the floor
