Sure. I tend to check out people's channels if they're active on the channel, or seem like they may be interesting. However, I'm very picky on what I subscribe to, and I just don't watch every kind of video just because someone asked me to. Same goes for shout-outs, I cannot fairly shout-out somebody for no reason other than they asked, it would be unfair to anyone else who were to ask and I would be unable to do so. A shoutout from me will not gain you much viewership or subscribers.

I actually have both. While the old version is pretty decent I prefer the more accurate studio series version.

I think they painted the 1st Movie Megs silver in ex-change for re-using the rotf's chest mold.

These vs. vids have been such a great idea. I love the original release because it's such a nice "toy", the green deco and (somewhat goofy) overall design is so enjoyable.
*I own an Activators ROTF Megs, I havent gotten another since. I love it so much that despite his size, smaller than dotm Thundercracker, he is still the leader of the decepticons. I even gave him a killer accurate paintjob!*
I never got the old gimmick toys back in the day like Activators or Fast Action Battlers, but I appreciate the effort to still make accurate and legit toys for kids that were more than just their designated gimmicks
That old megatron was my megatron up till studio series and I do not regret it

I just got the SS version a 2 weeks ago and I got the Takara Tomy MB03 silver repaint of the green one. They are AWESOME
I hope hasbro does the premium finish on the revenge of the fallen megatron to not only have the figure be silver instead of grey, but for fans who missed out on the original.
And also for those who want a nicely painted megs without the battle damage head
Am I the only one who always wanted the leader class mainly because it was more scream accurate if you actually got an upgrade pack than the voyager and it was just cool in general, and I’m still extremely happy I got the voyager, never got the leader class cause it would be so dang expensive
Being a kid born in the middle 2000’s I have to say I didn’t get the same class of toys cause of quality or of what I saw in the movie but rather what piqued my interest based on design, and ability’s. That megatron I believe was a Christmas gift along with a fast action battler optimus and bumblebee. I had a blast with the figures and each time I played with them I always used the play features to my best interest. Megatron may not have been the perfect toy design and I could’ve gotten a better class figure but being a 4 year old I absolutely loved him and his features. And he was one of the best figures in my collection for sure.

I remember when takara make a movie accurate color version of the 09 voyager and I thought to myself that "this is as good as it gets"
also I think the 09s colors is trying to reference the fact that he was under water for the last 2 years

OMG thank you now i know what I was doing wrong all this time. Who knew about the sliders?? Even the transformers reddit sub didn't know when I asked them. In the end i sold my figure on ebay, together with the upgrade kit, because the movie 1 megatron is so much better. This was my preferred alt mode design, but neither the old nor new ones were good enough for me. Maybe I'll try to get the repaint version. The old one had a nice alt mode which was game accurate but not movie accurate except for that one scene where he flies to see the Fallen. The new one has a better robot mode but the alt mode is not very movie accurate and just can't stay coherent in alt mode.
Both fantastic figures, I am very glad to have both in my collection

For me personally I really loved the original first 3 movie toylines❤❤❤, not a big fan of the Studio Series because of the high price and small scale with beautiful details, wish Hasbro made the Studio Series Scale bigger just like their original movie Toylines😭
That's why I buy the Decepticons more than the Autobots in Studio Series, while the Decepticon's scale is unaffected, all the autobots as a result are significantly shorter. It's a shame.

My mother order this voyager Megatron from 2009 on ebay last week.
What's the smaller Megatron from what toy line you got in the intro? I have trying to find those and I forgot what they are. I had a pack, but overtime, lost it, so I'm trying to find them again so can anyone leave an answer?
They're Transformers Robot Heroes! It's a line of poseable figures aimed towards small children back around 2007-2010. Hasbro also did it for Star Wars (Galactic Heroes), Marvel (Super Hero Squad), and GI Joe (Combat Heroes)!
in my unbiased opinion, as someone who only has the studio series version, I gotta say, I prefer the studio series version.

Movie Best Megatron is the Rotf Voyager Megatron but with the movie accurate paint job. Personally I love that Megatron a bit more than Studio Series because of the paint job.
In 2019, I missed out on the siege line because I was aiming for the studio series line. And the result was the studio series revenge of the fallen megatron I got at Fred meyer
I had the old rotf megatron like 4 years ago when my cousin gave it to me
I've been tempted to grab the Studio Series a few times, but I can't get past that flat grey plastic instead of painted silver. I might get it if I can get it on sale. Super stoked for the Movie 1 Megatron.

@@Foxdidnothingwrong Yeah I've seen a lot of good customs, I just have little experience painting figures and I'm lazy lol. Also action figures should require no extra work to look right IMO.
Darth Deuces if you want the ROTF one but don’t like the flat gray, try and hunt down the Battle Damaged ROTF Megatron. The paint is WAY better.

The rotf studio series is better but the old one Is still pretty cool after Christmas with the money I am getting I am going to buy Jetfire and number 44 optimus prime I have jazz bumblebee ratchet rotf optimus and starscream lockdown thundercracker as well as rotf Megatron and hopefully I will be getting more for Christmas.sorry I ranted great video keep up the content.
i like the green on the old one because its kind of fading silver i really like a megatron with silver and light piping and the ss megatron i like it because its so screen accurate and it doesnt have a back pack because #backlivesmatter

RoTF Megatron is my favorite design even though he sucked in the movie. I still think it's the best

i only had 2 megatrons from all of my 12 years im only 12 i had the transformers prime megatron when i was like 6 or 7 then now i bought the dark of the moon megatron the old one im wanting to get the masterpiece megatron mp 36 or the ss rotf megatron
When I was your age I only had a couple too, the Energon Leader Megatron and the Transformers Prime Voyager Megatron. You'll end up with more as time goes on my man!
