No because as a fan from '84 I hate all the Bayforrners designs - the Travis Knight Bumblebee movie designs were much more on point.

I actually quite like the mixmaster as a single toy. Really pose-able and has an engaging transformation, and yes, fans want the ice-cream truck twins.
He’s decent for sure!
@@PrimeVsPrime I like his he has chrome wheels that's not something you see often we saw them on mixmaster and bmb Optimus and now the rotb ss Optimus that's really rare to see

Yeah i dont care about combining. Mixmaster and nest bonecrusher are friends on my shelf. Hunched, grey, sixwheeled, claws, angy.
I’m glad to hear and see Sideways so high up. ROTF the game (360) really made me like him and to this day he’s one of my favorite Transformers somehow.
I don’t collect the SS much but I’m definitely going to grab him

That demolisher pose is awesome! I do have sideswipe but my only complain is the lefy wheel and the legs that make it barely roll so i sanded them dowm and much better!
Oh awesome! Yeah I had an issue with my DOTM version not being able to roll properly
My sideswipe crumbled to bits
Mine is pretty good, although I have a problem with the right hand being really loose, and the wheels on the legs barely rolling. Other than that, one of my favorites! (P.S. My favorite is the masterpie- I mean SS86 Hot Rod.)

Skids and Mudflap would be number one… if they ever get made. 😂
Go for it would be either Megatron, the best one we’ve gotten, or Long Haul.
Devastator is awesome but lacking in articulation and movie accuracy. DNA upgrades help, in the looks, but I’m talking about the stock figure out of box
I hope they get redesigned head molds though.

They could’ve easily implemented an elbow joint on the Rampage mold by shrinking and moving those stupid wheel panel things lower down so that they wouldn’t cover the whole arm.

Yeah in my opinion Scrap Metal is an underrated figure, while yes he doesn’t have a complex design, he’s still tons of fun to pose around & I actually like the design.

When I saw the Studio Series Devastator, I knew I had to get my hands on it. I waited 2 years to get all 8 figures and spent roughly a combined total of $200 to get the combiner.

@@PrimeVsPrime Yes I did. Studio Series Devastator is one of my favorite Transformers figures. Although it wasn't without it's flaws.

Even though they probably won’t, I’d be interested to see what modern skids and mudflap studio series figures would look like, but we need to do more concept bayformers before video game character please hasbro!!!

Awesome video, personally I think the dotm version of Bumblebee is superior, because the lighter gray of the plastic does not match a lot for me, especially when having his cannon

Something I wish for sideswipe was that they would make somewhere to put the swords in robot mode because when I’m displaying it I cant put a gun in one hand a sword in another but everything else is epic 12:50
with a lot of concept characters being made, that gives me hype for a potential SS breakaway

The announcement of the TF2007 15th anniversary multipack really makes me wish for a set with Jetfire, Sideswipe, Jolt,.Arcee triplets and the twins down the road

In my opinion (contrary to most other opinions) ss devastator isn’t as high on my list as most other people have put him for their ss rankings. I completed him for my birthday early on last year and had the option to pose him as devastator but I could never get him in good poses as I felt the joints were either too loose or just not articulated enough. Granted he did look menacing in the unoffical posing (the four legged look) I was always scared of him breaking (my overload snapped at the main arm joint) and I knew I couldn’t pose him in the 2 legged look as I was posing him on an almost 1.8 metre height, and would surely make him topple. In the end I just found it more convenient and easier to just pose each individual constructicon next to one another in vehicle mode. Hopefully the masterpiece version is easier to manage (despite how massive it will be) and have more steady and reliable pose-ability.
He's dead last on my list.
I think you're list was really good my top 3 would be Grindor, Sideswipe and Jolt.

Overload is actually my favorite construction out of the bunch i just think the four arm and the vehicle mod is great and his design mmmm great.
I’ve recently started collecting ROTF SS figures. It’s my favorite TF movie. I used to hate the bayverse transformers. Now I can’t get enough. It just took awhile

1) not the actual hand of devastator which made the hand of devastator look like garbage
2) he became the second rarest figure after SS ironhide

Great video! actually like the ROTF soundwave, I think it's good. I would switch soundwave and sideways. Otherwise I agree with the list. And I'd put sideswipe up way more. And grindor would be too ROTF figure for me.

If I were to say, Scrap metal is a top 20 for me, since he was my first SS figure but I'd say the #1 worst ROTF figure for me is Soundwave.

Gotta say I'm in quite the pickle, can't choose between picking up a copy of this Optimus or the "new" Laser Prime, both are good I'm just a bit tired of the old movie design and on the fence about the G2 one. Any thoughts?
G2 laser prime is good but personally I like the Scourge redeco better

I'm genuinely curious. Lookin'at the MPM3 KO, SS74, and HftD Battle Blade Bumblebee... aside from totally missing the axe and needing additional paint apps here and there, he's got the updated 2010 Camaro ZL1 fog lights on deck...what's missing from SS74 as far as accuracy?
I'm amazed that SS05 ain't lower...like at the bottom. Granted, the best thing about it is the add-on swords, but that's a moot point with the upcoming 15th anniversary five-pack (Optimus is the SS32 mold with SS05's swords)...
And it baffles me that they didn't do a box set of SS32 Optimus Prime & SS35 Jetfire...
Can all these transform into their vehicle forms?

I'm surprised that you ranked prime so low because in your premium finish review of the same figure you stated that it was your favourite studio series prime.
Man I have yet to see someone who likes scrapmetal but he is just my favorite construction. It might come from the fact that my scrapper and mixmaster both have issues. Scrapmetal has no sentimental value but out of all studio series I own he is my 3rd favorite one to mess with. He gets beat by ironhide and jazz.

The only one’s missing out are mudflap and skidmark and those two when connected as the ice cream truck. Last but not least jetfire himself which surprised me because i find him to be the best for the toys of this movie and cannot be forgotten ❤
UPDATE- ironhide is also not in this but thats due to their i think either not even being a rotf edition or just very hard to obtain

I personally think that Mix-Master has the potential to be a really good figure! Like I hope Hasbro remakes Mix-Master as a None combiner version!, so that kibble on the back doesn't have to be there and have him transform into his truck mode, cannon mode and his robot mode!, This new version should be his own mould! and shouldn't be Devastator's head as he would be his own figure! I think Hasbro should do that as Mix-Master is one of my favourite decepticons.

I agree with the frist rating of the first construction characters I would put the rest of the construction characters in the top 7 putting devastator 1st then overload 2nd then scavenger in 3rd scrapa in 4th long haul in 5th skipjack in 6th mixmaster in 7th

I like my Studio Series( KO) Devastator, agree on most of the Constructicons, the KOs have a few additional Functions and Die-Cast Parts which make Hightower even worse, his head is weak on a Die Cast Neck and pops out sometimes. My Fave is Scrapper, a Die Cst Chest plate and a small chain for his maze weapon

I'd actually put soundwave instead of scrapmetal last because at least scrapmetal actually has a decent transformation whereas soundwave is just him putting his legs up amd it barely holds together
