Why to discuss about valuation of house/flat/villa...as its zero fixed aset class
Reasons
1) we don't sell /don't borrow sny money,
2) mortgage evaluation standard is per govt value which is very much less than original vslue
3) it will protect us from sun, rain but don't protect from financial difficulticultues, infact it adds
4) Don't pull yourself in EMI trap
