      He is misleading.. because the tax resumption will only possible if you buy a property. So existing amount of loan interest is same. But you are buying a new property with the amount gained on Stocks.. So It doesn't make any sense

    If invested 14k sip in 2012 in icici discovery fund for 12 yrs.. today the value is 60 lacs. U can purchase a flat for 60 lacs without loan. - u get between 60 lacs to 70 lacs at pochatam 3bhk

    Start investing 10k in icici prudential business cycle when nav was 10 3 yrs bk.. now its 20.. so investment grown by 51 percent. The concept of no interest will be a valid one .

    Rate of interest is floating bcoz loan amount exceeds 25L & in Sip average interest rate u given 15% , if interest is below 15% then that amount not come & money value also changes with time
