This is the tastiest chicken breast I've ever eaten - tender, juicy, packed with flavor!

  • Tender, juicy chicken in a delicious, creamy sauce - when I cook this recipe for family and friends, they simply can't get enough.

    Ingredients & Preparation:
    500g chicken breast
    Salt pepper
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1 teaspoon oregano
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon butter
    Season the chicken breast, cut into chunks and fry on all sides. Then set aside on a plate.
    Sauce:
    1 onion, finely chopped
    4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
    5 pieces dried tomatoes in oil, chopped into small pieces
    1 tablespoon tomato paste
    250 ml beef broth
    150 ml cream
    2 tablespoons cream cheese
    50 g Parmesan, grated
    0.5 teaspoon pepper
    0.5 teaspoon paprika
    125g fresh spinach
    • Sauté onion and garlic for about 3 minutes, add tomatoes and sauté for another 3 minutes, then stir in tomato paste
    • Deglaze with broth and cream and bring to the boil. Stir in cream cheese and Parmesan and season with pepper and paprika. Add the fillet pieces to the ready sauce and simmer gently over low heat with the lid closed for about 15 minutes
    • Finally, add the spinach, let it wilt for a minute or two and this delicious dish is ready
