The most delicious chicken I've ever eaten - so tender, so juicy. It melts in your mouth!

Delicious! Caramelized onions and melted cheese on tender chicken fillet - it melts in your mouth and is so easy to make. My family wants to eat it all the time.
Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts
Salt, pepper, paprika to taste
2-3 tbsp olive oil
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
5 tbsp red balsamic vinegar
5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp thyme
80g flour
approx. 120 g Emmental cheese
250 ml chicken stock
1/2 tsp paprika
