At 70 , I bought the Organic’s; I use them with a Hugo TT2. Never used a high end system for headphones, so I have no comparisons. At first listening after 30 hrs of break-in, I thought something was broken. It took about 200 hrs before they settled down. Love how the bass is presented, deep and tight without taking over. Sound stage is expansive and layered. I have no issue with the treble, then again, I have 1 foot in the grave. I bought everything used, to help with the cost, also to have something I would love, so I wouldn’t be spending more retirement money at the next best thing. Let’s see how that turns out. I have no regrets buy these, audio bliss.
I had both the Arya Stealth and Organic at the same time to A/B test for music in gaming. If you just want an all-around music listening headphone and no gaming, the Organic is better and more exciting, but peakier in the treble so cant listen at higher volumes/may get fatiguing after an hour or 2. If you want a still very good all around headphone that doesnt have the treble problem (and also want a better single player/competitive gaming headphone), then Id still go Stealth. I ended up returning the Organic and kept the Stealth
Hey there, very interesting. I‘m also tempted to buy one of them, but I think the best way is to get both and decide with a direct A/B comparison. The Price difference is pretty big so I hope that I Like the stealth more :D
Thank you for this informative video. It sounds like what you are saying is that for 60+ year olds, highs/treble perception may diminish. I agree that as time passes, above 6k is a struggle for me. I am still trying to decide among the Arya, LCD-X (2021) and the Sennheiser 800 S. I am leaning toward the Arya, because I don't want a clinical studio type of experience, but now I'm unsure between the Organic and the Stealth. At 66, it sounds like I just need to spend the extra money and get the Organic.
hey, how can you compare ananda nano with arya stealth? i am thinking about buying arya stealth and returning nano because of weak soundstage compared to sennheiser HD800...
I haven't heard the Nano but if it's an Ananda then it's probably crap. The ASR website rates the Nano as one of the worst hifiman headphones and they rate the Arya as one of the best.
Hey there, I'm having a Sundara right now but the earpads and leather starts to disintegrate :D And now I wondered if Arya stealth or Organic could be a good Succesor to the Sundaras. I'd like to go wirht organic but the price of the Stealth would save me 400$ which is A LOT in my opinion... cant really decide. Maybe I have to order both and check it out myself...
The Arya is way better that the Sundara but I was never a fan of the Sundara in the first place. Way too boring sound coming from it. I prefer the Aune AR5000 to both of them, tbh.
Too different, arya is an all rounder where 800s is specialised in some topics like vocal and midrange, if you have the money for just one absolutely Arya but if you can afford also the 800s..
@@freddycely9580 go look at the compare charts and other reviews. the Arya beats the HD800S in all round. only thing with h800s is it has little better sound stage, dont forget the 800s is way more pricey.. so to even compare that to Arya Organic, the Organic beats it in everything.

No, save the money buy a car good, these same planer just tuned a little totally not worth, look their web, they like sell such as so many refurbish, open box. Why buy from such bad quality maker?
hifiman has an unique upgrade system around there headphones. once you buy a arya stealth but in one year you want an upgrade to the he1000 stealth and that for a resonable price. that is the cause for the many open box or refurbished models. realy a very good thing.
Please, pretty please, I'm not the one to complain about your accent but I would like to ask you to try speaking a bit slower so I can parse it. My brain needs a few ms delay and then it can easily manage it. Thanks for your content. Btw why don't you ask the Germans to import a bit of gas from Russia... that should help with the cold..

I disagree strongly. For Cheap music the arya is better. Complex layered music the 800s is much superior.
