I’m not sure but isn’t it the case that the exposed part of the headphone is only the magnet and you can’t actually touch the planar film from the outside, I mean I’m sure you could poke between the magnets but I don’t see a finger getting between them and that’s likely why no damage was done when you touched the driver. If you were able to touch the planar film with the finger you would almost certainly have destroyed it. Having a completely open window to the film would be a terrible design choice, but exposing the magnet should present a low chance of damage from touches but clearly would need the shield to prevent interference from other magnets nearby. Thanks for the review, have owned stealth for a while and enjoyed it, I see no reason to change them but it’s interesting to see the direction hifiman is taking.

Awesome review! I also did not like the tuning of the Organic especially that midbass bump that overshadowed the subbass so I kept the Stealth. I'm a SPL Phonitor XE user here too! It is indeed an incredible features packed amplifier. I am now very curious to try out the Unveiled Arya as well as the HE1000 Unveiled since I also have the HE1000SE.

Hi just found your channel when i sesrched for this speaker. So nice with a reviewer that talks calm and not so fast🙏 so first thanks for that. Second it dont take long to se you really good at what you are doing. Been to hifi for along time but bern out of a system gor several year. Had more expensive things back then and a hifi hat on so rather listen to sound then music. This time i want a ”budget” system that i just csn enjoy music on low level for evening listen. Room 18m2. Im thinking of buying a taga harmony hta700v3 so need something easy to drive. Never bern a fan of to big bookshelf so this one is precis for me perfect style for estetic and thats is also importent both for eye and ear. Like natural, most imprtant is middle band with voices and instrument that sounds real. After reading some other reviews and most importent this one it sounds like this could be the one. My first thought was go eady with trangle bro 2 that should be good with voices with the papercone, but its not a beuty in my eys. So it seems like this is worth the exra money ? Your video showed up on my TH-cam a couple of days ago. I’ve had LRS for several years now. I like them but they are so directional that you are always moving your head to find the best spot. They kind of piss you off considering all the rave reviews. Bought those stands a couple of days ago and they were here today. Put them on & the upright/off the floor setup makes all the difference! Fantastic! Why were those stupid angled stands there in the first place? Thank you and the person who recommended the tv stands to you! Mike in Canada, Happy New Year!

Source Connection: I am connected with EVERSOLO A6 ME at maximum volume to my D70s MQA TOPPING DAC with a USB A-B audio cable. The EVERSOLO will not allow me to select anything else exept internal player to USB. If my DAC is Connected with optical/coaxial and USB C in, the A6 will not allow me to select USB out. Any ideas why only gives me the option for analoque out XLR or RCA?

An issue I see is that my right front Large speaker is too close in a corner. It can't be placed anywhere else. This makes that it sounds boomy. It would be good to set a cross-over for each front speaker individually, as the left speaker can handle all bass. A possible solution would be to send part of the front right speaker bass to the subwoofer, but not for the left speaker as this one has no issue. My large speakers can go down to 20 Hz.

For Onkyo, when using Dirac on Windows, once calibrated you can't use the Dirac options in the mobile app on Android. That's a shame. It limits useability.

I think the most realistic is the Sonetto. Elac is close too ,a bit laid back with great voice presentation.Technics is a bit loudness sounding ,but with the best bass response in the trio ,no need sub I guess.

Very good and extremely interesting interview! I really appreciate Mads explaining all the considerations that were made, very different to the typical sales talk the one is used to. They cost more than I want to spend but now I'm *really* tempted... I calculated the price of the drivers of the E50 to be over 6x the cost for the S400mk2, add to that the real wood cabinets and the high quality components in the filter, and you can only conclude that it is a steal at that asking price! Plus they're made in Denmark aswell.

Crap measurements. I would not pay 200 euro for them .

Have you had any luck pairing the duel subs, Gen 3 with the sub 4 since recording this review? Would love to get an update of what you think of the full Sonos home theatre experience with two nicely positioned subs.

I bought the edge NQ some years ago and I’ve never been more disappointed with a piece of HiFi. Compared to the CA connect app, the Stream Magic app is awful and the edge NQ sounds confused and mushy when the music gets busy.

Hi, I'm' just looking for something where I'll be able to hear the dialogues over the background stuff, I don't care about the music, the bass or whatever else, I hate how loud everything is in movies, but the dialogue is never loud enough. will this speaker fix that problem ?
