Thank you for this. I was actually really unhappy about this situation and used to not end up applying even though I felt that my work was good enough for the role. I was also not sure if internship is counted as an experience. This video brings so much clarity. Subscribed :)
Thanks for this wonderful video, Sapta. Always listening to you is great. Another thing I would add - companies look for experience and this tells 1. There's already huge supply for this role. 2. As a company I believe in others selection. 3. Please look at other company or outside your country where shortage lie. 4. Build own startup if you're really confident of your skills. 5. You've not proved your design skills somewhere and we can't trust your words. Best is we can't risk our company in young, fresh and new hands. Earlier we accept the fact, better it will be for all of us. If you've got enough skill, do freelance/startup/agency or anything, cause that's what gives a company actual proof of your capabilities. Also, for the healthy economy we need equal number of sellers and customers. Until the number over-cross situation not gonna improve. If you're tired of applying and not getting chance, response better look out of your country. Do not limit yourself. Good luck.
I was just thinking about this bcz I got rejected yesterday on a call for ux design job role bcz I am not having industry experience in that. Thanks for the video 👏
@Himanshu kumar Same here, because I have very little experience there was a place i had received offer for a full time job & after talking with them today they offered me very less pay which is way way way below the market value.
@@Kriti-fv2ys I realised we need to scale our knowledge and skill in design. A tip - Design should be like as expected. Before a user visits an app or webpage, they have some idea or expection and that is what we need to fufill. Congratulation on your job ✨️
The fact that I was not applying for companies just because they had a range set now makes me feel dumb when I gained 2 years of freelance experience during my college (because of lockdown). Job posts for 0-2 years of experience, HERE I COME!

Hello sir thank you for the great information. I always learn a lot new things from your your videos and practice them in my life. Thanks for this video.
Hey Sapta , I suggest you to add a Pop filter to your mic. When you say any c and s words, it's very annoueng to listen while wearing earphones or headphones. Pop filter will reduce that shrillness.
My resume was shortlisted for an entry level finance and accounting job my skills were matching the job descriptions that they had mentioned but then they sent me a Google form and asked to fill this form and the questions were like how many years of experience do you have in the field, in the skills that you have mentioned I said I have zero years of experience automatically my application was rejected.

Hi Sapta, Do UX Designers require to learn 3d?
It's not a mandatory skill
@@saptarshipr Thank you☺️
If I have done internships and part time jobs during design school, does it count as industry experience?
What if we don't have a degree in design.. Is it something that will stop us to get a good job
No.. It won't. I too don't have a degree in design. I m an engineer.
@@saptarshipr But I don't have any degree just an 12th passout
@@saptarshipr looking forward to an answer of his second question Sapta.
Shouldn't matter. I have even hired dropouts for my teams in the past.vall that matters is how good they are.

Start selling on Fiverr on anything.
All these decisions, constraints are sales oriented.

Hi
Hello 🙌
hi sapta your awsome, glad to see you
One question Sapta! Do companies even count your freelancing experience as valid experience?
I think I have already clarified about experience. And yes, freelance definitely counts as experience.
Not in big corporates.
@@trapezium7975 Yeah, I faced this during my last job. It was a huge corporate company and they simply said ki "Your freelancing years won't be counted as a real experience."
Yes sir I got rejected 20-30 times
