@@FLASHAHOLIC_TV - I totally agree as I have over 45+ High powered lights (I know there are others with a lot more) and I always watch reviews of the same one before buying. That being said, your reviews are hands down the best :). I really appreciate not only the time, but the creativity it takes to make them. Kudos!
I have a Catapult Mini and a Sofirn IF22a on it's way. Want to pick up one more - Weird choice for a last one - I know. But the E6 or the TN12 Pro for portability, convenience and brightness with a decent throw? If your wanting a perfect light for that category, of the 2 I would go e6 all day every day. With a shockli 14500 I’m getting 534m throw. I can’t measure lumens but I’m guessing 1000l or slightly over.. but as someone with a catapult mini, it almost holds with it.. as for the size it’s smaller than it, making it a insanely good deal for the price size and performance. I don’t have any videos of the e6 on my channel but I really think this is a insane light to have for he size and build quality.
@@AverageReviewsYTThe wuben e6 will be good flashlight defense with its 50000 candle? Could the shift be accessed quickly? Or does the strobe have 50000 candle too? Or the best small edc defense flashlight, because of its high candela is the manker striker mini? Thank you
@@franciscoaliaga5061 if size is an issue, than the e6 is hard to beat. Even the catapult seems bigger in size. The v2 is nice, but the e6 edges it for size to throw ratio. My ultimate recommendation for size to throw ratio that I know of is my fw21 x9l. Set up correctly, it’s a east for candela and size is super nice.
In Chinese, "小钢炮" (literally "Small Steel Cannon") refers to something that is size in small but very powerful. For example, Amutorch E3S can also be called a "Small Steel Cannon" flashlight.
@@FLASHAHOLIC_TV Thank you! Would you say the MC12 or the MC 13 is a better light? In South Africa where I live they cost about the same and I dont want to buy the wrong one haha.
@@CorradoVR6z I can't remember exactly but I want to say from 6500 to 4000 was like 50%'ish. And when you already barely make any lumens compared to some other flashlight options, the market is too small.
@@jhutchmb Weird, that is a massive drop. If I'm not mistaken the difference in the test I saw with the XP-L HI in the Convoy S2+ from 6500k to 4000k was something around 160-180 lumens.
@@mrwan7010 I looked up the Ampsplus 14500 and it is not the new 14500, but apparently it is still better than the Wuben cell. My guess it's because it's a real 14500. Usually cells that have a charge port are shorter internal cells with the charge port making them the length of a 14500 for example. A long time ago I had a Klarus 14500 that was charged through the usb port but wasn't working in a flashlight. I figured the contact pads were bad so i stripper it down and removed the wrapping and negative cap. It worked, but it exposed the 14430 cell underneath that had a protection circuit and usb port. I can tell you when I used the Epoch rewrap in my GT Micro is was significantly brighter than the purple Efest 14500 it previously used
@@mrwan7010 You're welcome. I got the Epoch because no one had the Vapcel H10 or orange Schockli in stock in the US. After an email to Epoch they confirmed it was the same internal cell as the others so I purchased from 18650BatteryStore. The Ampsplus is more similar to the Vapcel L10 or Keeppower 14500. Those are high mAh (for a 14500) with a moderate amp discharge. The others I mentioned are high mAh and high discharge. The Osram LEDs usually don't like high amp discharge cells btw. So if you're looking for a high discharge cell for Cree, Luminous or Samsung torch get the Epoch, Vapcel H10 or orange Schockli. If it's an Osram torch get the Ampsplus, Vapcel L10 or Keeppower 14500
