Dear Leader...we pray for Paul this year. It seems he may have fallen away from the faith and his prayer offerings have gotten much worse. Perhaps it's a re-inflammation of his tile foot or the fact that 'MOOZIE' won't be competing in the Arnold Classic. Either way, please illuminate his spirit and give him the strength to keep pushing forward and get some good ones in in 2024!
Im with Paul with the towels, gone my 20 years with my family where we share pretty much all towels but they get changed every couple days. Not that deep just don't use the wet ones, pick a dry one.
Damn, i ruptured my distal bicep tendon (not sure if its the same tear Jon had...sounds like it may be) but I was also 6 months until back to work, and wasnt even 100%. I'm just back to 100% now maybe back at the 8ish month mark, same as Jon. Its a brutal recovery with wrist pronation/supination and sometimes some elbow stiffness. Props to him for working back to that physique!

Look up the story of Tsutomu Yamaguchi. The dude survived under BOTH atomic bombs and was more or less uninjured. Don't get me wrong, he's like the only one known to have survived both that I know of, but God damn his story is wild.
On the topic of injurys and training styles, iain mentioned if guys was doing things like iso holds and stretching and mobility etc could help prevent injuries. Mayne its genetics being the reason he’s uninjured but andrew jacked has done all these things for years and years and is injury free. Maybe he is worth talking to on the matter.

I'm team Paul in the towel thing, I just use the same towel as long as I can, I only don't use it if it's too wet or if it's starts smelling
