It's interesting listening to someone like Flex who has been through the ringer like him... I can't believe he still has his level of optimism and continued grit. That'd crush most people.
For Flex to share his deep thoughts and experiences for thousands or who will listen shows a lot. Will definitely inspire and help other’s who can relate. Thanks Flex and God bless you for becoming stronger through the dark times you went through.
That was my first time ever seeing Flex and he seems so awesome to me, like such a good, humble, wise, genuine person. He would be an awesome best friend or dad or coach or whatever. Idk how to describe it. Super cool dude.
I agree. So many people talk over their guests and don't REALLY listen to what their guest is trying to express. Jay, we respect you because you're respectful.
Flex obviously didn’t knew how much people see him as the best competitor ever, he was by far the best combination of aesthetics, being big and conditioned, there are a lot of arguments to consider him to having the best physique of all time. Big respect for him
My brother the Legend Flex Wheeler! I've followed your story for some time now and want to share how much you've made a positive impact in my life, sir. We all get knocked down in life but it's how we continue to get back up that determines our trajectory. Hope to see you more and stay blessed 🙏 Thanks Legend Quad Stomp Champ! 💪
Lifelong Flex Wheeler fan. Me and my late bro use to buy any magazine that would have any pics of flex in it, and I still workout to this day, and think of how he use to strut in to the gym like he owned the place. Those were the days, and they still motivate me to this day. I also met him in Mississauga Ont Canada, and was star struck, and could barely speak when I asked him a question. It was a Q&A. I also saw him guest pose at a show in Toronto. Big love to all the legends from back in the day. Thank you for this great interview.

Grew up around Flex in Fresno and LA. This is an impactful podcast in regards to Kenny’s mental health. Great show!!🙏🏼
thanks for listening
@flexwheeler, that's the overthinker with the negative thinking that people can get from time to time, glad you fixed it, like when you have bad/sad emotions on an off day, you learn to just enjoy/respect their emotions because they are only one of the feelings/emotions. you figure out to get it into yourself present self to love yourself and enjoy the present day every day as much, goes for all of you out there.
🙌🎉 should be another great one!!! Can’t wait
More to come!
@@CutlerCast Omgosh really?! Love these!!! Keep ‘em coming 👏

Flex during 90s was unbelievable, a great poser and a bodybuilder from out of this world.
