    While i love your video's , it was once said by an "Auditor" that they were not looking for confrontation. If the police are learning about PINAC, isnt that a good thing; so not having any negative interactions must be a win.

    • @tonyb1223
      @tonyb1223 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      PINAC does not exist in the UK, its down to the photographer to understand the laws and what they can and cannot do or take photos/video of, this is why auditors are a very bad example to follow as they neither understand or follow those rules, which then makes people believe they can trespass or take video/photographs in certain situations when they cannot without breaking laws or other peoples rights.
      A perfect example is when ryan rampage filmed a BBC North journalist, and when the journalist was the epitome of how it should be done, ryan was not and proved why auditors are a toxic mix that photography does not need.

    If you think auditing police stations is done, try a bit more like PJ & DJ.

    • @tonyb1223
      @tonyb1223 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Considering all the places you have mentioned are either restricted area's or covered by laws that will get you arrested, a minimum of a large fine or even inprisonment, not really a great idea.
      Oh and pinac does not exist in the UK, you can break laws whilst doing photography, which is why its down to the photographer to correctly understand the law and their responsibilities in the first place.

    • @paulrcleaver
      @paulrcleaver 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You sir, have proved my point exactly. Yes it maybe against the law to go onto their premises, but the point of the audit is to stay within the law and film from a public space INTO one of these restricted areas to show people like you that photography is not a crime.

    • @tonyb1223
      @tonyb1223 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@paulrcleaver So you have shown you have no idea of how this works, we do not have any law that says you can freely film from a public space, what we do have is article 10 which gives you a freedom to express but if you break laws or breach any restriction, condition, rights of others etc, then you are doing it wrong and this is what YOU need to understand. You DONT have to right to always film INTO these spaces from what is seemingly "public" space, if there is a law that you can break (example is filming into a court or filming in a prison, even filming military establishments), then you can be arrested and charged under those laws. It is the responsibility of the photographer/vlogger etc to have some form of understanding of the law and any rules/conditions and restrictions (including trespass, obstruction, nuisance), this has been and still is pointed out in many photography magazines and articles and have been for quite a few decades, these are totally ignored by auditors though, so who is right, those who have done this and understand it (mainly pro photographers) or someone who just picked up a phone and started vlogging? I know where my money is going and it won't be with an auditor/vlogger.

    • @paulrcleaver
      @paulrcleaver 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You have shown that you do not understand the law regarding auditing, we do not have any laws that say that you cannot film from public, providing of course you do not trespass or obstruct anybody. You DO have a right to film into a restricted place from an actual public place, for instance a court building or a prison. Yes it is the responsibility of the photographer/vlogger to stay within the law and, yes, you may run the risk of being arrested for something like section 43 of the terrorism but if you watch some other auditors like Auditing Britain you will see that if someone is falsely arrested they can win huge amounts of compensation from the police for this.

    • @tonyb1223
      @tonyb1223 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@paulrcleaver Stop making yourself look silly, you REALLY don't understand the laws behind this and it shows.
      Your first 2 points show this, your understanding is that if its from public then you can do it, the very minor detail of this is that you have ignored Article 10, this gives you that freedom to start with, if you break a law whilst filming, even in a public place, be that obstruction, invasion of privacy (article 8 of the HRA), or any other law that puts a restriction on what you can do (even in public), then you CANNOT do it, though you seem to think you can, no, you cannot, this is why they do not mention the word "public" AT ALL in article 10 of the HRA.
      We also work on "you can do it unless you break a law", this can be done anywhere, private or public and the sooner you get that mindset of "I can do anything in public" out of your head, the better or else you will just get yourself and other people in trouble because of it, and I've decades of practice over auditors when doing photography and understand far better than they do the rules regarding this.
      Which then comes on to the point about AB, restrictions, conditions, prohibited places etc.
      You do understand that AB was actually done for filming into a court from a public place don't you and fined heftily for it?
      Live free is no longer living free, guess what he did?
      Marti B knows that he may well be going down for filming inside a prison, he even warned other auditors to be very wary of restricted area's.
      Very few auditors have had big compensation payments or any payments even though they have said they will take people to court, the reason being? They were either doing something wrong in the first place or the cases were dropped.
      If you want to see how to act correctly whist filming, go watch Ryan Rampage get owned by a BBC reporter, think its called BBC North on his channel, show's you how it's done correctly and not like an idiot (which Ryan ended up looking like).

    1:57 - I would imagine that a lot of psychologists would have something to say about the hurried and muffled introduction from this PCSO, particularly the fade at the end of the "PCSO..." statement and the body language (hands in the 'Police Port'), the Thin Blue Liars gang sign, the wearing of the stab vest with all of the bullshot tac' gear ("two is one" nonsense), the various hangers and clips that serve no purpose, the Copspeak terms such as "aggressiveness" that they love to spew out and the ignoring of Police procedures. Somebody thinks they are a Genuine Cop instead of a Plastic Cop that serves no real purpose. He had all the gear, but no idea. If anyone is wondering how to treat PCSOs who approach you in the street, the answer is to ignore them. Eventually they will go away.

    I disagree about the vid being boring, what it shows is that your hard work and others like you who have gone out and highlighted short comings by the police and on how little they know about legislation and the law. Now some but not all have got the message that they don't have power over the public unless a law is broken

    If you're looking for something different to audit how about going to shopping centres? They have private security and often seem to think photography is only allowed if they allow it
