You REALLY need to be more assertive! So once they if they repeat any request simply respond with 'asked and answered, next'
@@stevenberry344 Exactly.
Good stuff. One thing I think you need to push back on is the idea that not giving your details gives rise to suspicion (At least in England).
I think you need to be more assertive in letting these tyrants know that you are exercising your rights and that there’s nothing they can do if you’re not breaking the law. Not comparing you but Focus Pocus’ approach is one a lot of auditors need to take notes from. Just my opinion
@@stevenberry344 Or even just "you asked, I've answered."
Don't give them an invitation to ask anything else.
Did u guys enjoy the live?

Great mate, the young copper was a complete knob
Yeah but on a random note can you start referring to tyrant feds as “Wayne Cousins” just for the fun of it?
Love it....from USA...
@@asiatic999 I will
Great interaction Kolee. The sergeant was completely out of control. He got emotional and was clearly rattled, and his voice went up several octaves. He then went in the huff and refused to speak, he came across as mentally unstable. It’s truly frightening that this man carries a gun in his daily working life, Police Scotland should review his suitability to be a firearms officer. The other officer was more measured, but his logic was equally flawed, as was his recognition of your rights.
I agree the sergeant was far too erratic to carry a gun and this must have raised concerns for many watching this.
hit the nail on the head. Not an acceptable level of calm-headedness from someone carrying a gun. Glad I am no longer in that country
Complete garbage so the SGT was rattled and you say he came across as unstable and police Scotland should review his suitability to carry a gun how pathetic ,what did he do assault kolee draw he’s weapon NO they didn’t even detain kolee review what you posted it’s embarrassing
I agree…
@@XnoobSteve good on you we’re getting out of Krankie’s dystopian shit hole in the summer, hurrah!
For an armed officer, he was somewhat hysterical.
Yeah thought bhe was John Wayne
In a country I believe others are not allowed to be armed.

Absolute gold. Sgt. Begbie was way out of his depth!
The Generalissimo.
Sgt. Begbie. 😂😅🤣 Love it. 🤣😅
Brilliant. You did not let them control the situation. That’s what the cops are trained to do and try to do. You flipped it on them and took control. That’s what the elderly Sargent hates. His fragile ego was damaged.
"This isn't a Police State" should be ingrained into every police person
Unfortunately Scotland very much is a police state.
But it is. They are state police.

@@sandwichman100 So I took him to see Constable Truncheon, and strangely, he was more amenable after that.
That’s because legislation gets in the way of police corruption
Edinburgh Lawyer here.......well done sir, excellent work !
I think it would be interesting to hear your opinions on auditors in general as there seems to be a grey area like this cop is saying although the law seems black & white the police in general come across as quite aggressive, Are you a criminal lawyer ?
@@TheUpsetter
Yes I am a criminal lawyer, it appears to me that you are entitled to film anywhere you can see (I currently have a case involving this very scenario so will keep my powder dry on it)........but I am unaware if any law prohibiting filming in a public place regardless of what the cops say !
@@kennywoodburn5379 maybe I should had said your personal opinion, personally I think the police are bullies, I've been on the wrong side of the law a few times but I think they make up bullshit charges with the intention if you throw enough shit it will stick, so just wondered if a lawyer has a personal view mainly on how the police conduct themselves
@@TheUpsetter I think there is a general misconception, the Police should not perceive themselves as the blunt instrument of state oppression, they are not feelings enforcers, nor their personal prejudices should be to the fore.....they should uphold the law, ....have to say that in my experience of the Police, no tyrants as in the videos on you tube, but maybe because I am a lawyer !
@@kennywoodburn6669 Thanks for the speedy reply Kenny, They say there are good and bad cops and I've met a few good ones but there is a culture of us Vs them and the good ones take care of there own bad ones and that simply not fair in my personal opinion so that says it all really, I think it's great that we have this medium TH-cam that we can all have a bit of a say, Maybe a cop and an auditor could chip in further, till then thanks again buddy.
Well done the way you dealt with that older Cop he just embarrassed himself and the Police Force.
Even if he has your details he still doesn't know what youre going to do......only you know that. He is so thick its unbelievable
@Red Devil - this is what you get when 🐷 are employed from Gumtree
That's why government recruit idiots like him so they can attack the population without question
Ask them for his full name, address, and d.o.b, see how they react with that
I don’t think the cop is thick, I think it’s a reasonable interaction given their training and misconceptions of their perceived authority, which must be curbed.

@@jamesdevine1005 A ploy to keep him there until the back up arrive, as he was was not detained. However the young cop didn't want to let him go.
Criminals are like to hard to catch involving far to much work for them and could involve being late for the canteen
So, "if you don't give me your name I'll arrest you under the terrorism act". Another nailed down harassment claim.
Astonishing how they dont know the law, or rather choose to ignore it
One of them even said "That's your interpretation" when KB told them it was legal to do this..!
I believe that some officers will not know the law, whilst others will choose to ignore it... Much like a McDonald's assistant, you would not expect them to know the actual cost of every delectable bite on sale in their restaurant... I would hope that those officers that either do not know or ignore the law will bear in mind that Mcdonald's is forever hiring.
Three inportant basics of constitional rights and the law:
1) No person can ever be forced to comply with an (police) investigation or do self-incrimination.
2) Law enforcement works on basis of the law, not feelings. Guilty by association is one of the prohibited elements of law enforcement.
3) Police officers (or government officials in general) have no special rights to remain anonymous and are not above the law.
feel like this needs circulated the the stations , they truly believe they are entitled to peoples details and funnily enough this always gets made bigger when personal registrations are taken , so paranoid 😂😂😂😂
Their entire mood changed when you told them that other police were being sued for using the terrorist act.
Nice one Kolee.. I respect how you bring things back to the basic truths. You're a smart cookie. In response to his claim that giving details would allay his fears one could make him aware of the fact that many offenders are first time offenders or have no previous. It is in no way a guarantee that there is no threat simply because you are not known to the police. So that argument falls apart immediately.
Agreed hollow moon, it’s like no one every committed a crime for the first time.
Kolee was not refusing to provide his details. He was declining to. I find it despicable that the police always intentionally say it this way, to suggest that the member of public is doing something wrong. This is one of the reasons that they are so hated by the people who are forced to pay their salaries.
And they often say they have been courteous by giving their details, knowing full well they have to whether they like it or not.
You brought your A game to Scotland Kolee , perhaps the best audit I have watched , l am hoping there will be a part two to this , keep up the good work man , respect !!!!!!
Poor cops, they came up against the educated. They got so frustrated. Poor cops.
How can you breach a threshold when you are conducting a legal activity? A legal activity has no threshold! These cops have lost the plot.
the cop actually said he thought Kolee was telling the truth so he therefore DOESNT suspect him of doign anything illegeal so why does he continue to harass him????
‘Just give us your details, so we can log it on our systems and harrass you for the rest of your life with that’. Extremely karen police officer with his high pitch voice. By the way, number plates on cars are public identifying information and are no secret ID, also not for police officers in their private cars. They are not above the law.
Great audit again Kolee and so much respect for how you handle the rough encounters out there, sir 🙏🏼
Exactly and I've got a database of number plates belonging to police officers, and there is NOTHING they can do about it because they are public
This is one of the best audits I've seen, a battle of wits between two excellent communicators. You have the edge as you are the one who's righteous and within the law, but fair play to him for talking to you respectfully and at least trying to be objective. And of course, nice one for uploading twice in a day 😜👍
Its not an hostile act, but for some reason they always make it one, suspicious activity is someones opinion without any evidence of any wrong doing, escalate, escalate.
The fact that they know you’ve been to other stations and know that no crimes were committed while you were there and they still continue to interrogate you, shows how much their pride takes over as well as their willingness to try and control you as ‘police’.
One of your best audits. You really ground these guys down. They started off aggressive and confident and threatening to arrest you and by the end the guy was stuttering and stammering and backtracking.
They changed course when he said he went on to sue after previous unlawful searches.
I agree. This was polite and both party's were respectful. I was hoping to see the resolution as this was great content. When you don't rise to the bullshit it makes you look much smarter and reasonable. When they do the same it's also helps them. Win win
Scottish police are well known for being bullies.
16:14 I think they AI facial reconition you sometime at this point to obtain your ID.
Amazon AWS Polly and Connect, with PNC data.
"we dont just arrest everybody based on simple fact" did he really say that , so they dont use facts to arrest people , now I know why they are crap at their job
Thank you auditor for exposing those paranoid cowards to the public to see who they are,
thats what they seem to be , no other way to put it.
Undoubtedly one of your best interactions with the police. Calm, cool and collected👍🏽
Well done Kolee , the sergeant was put back in his box, he's a disgrace
Your some guy doing the audits up in Scotland!! Absolutely love this mate as a Scotsmen just to see how the difference is and it ends up just the same! As a subscriber I massively appreciate this and count you as one as the best auditors! Thanks again!! Keep up the great work
The forked tongue of the "police" - "We've no issue with you filming in public........but we're going to fuck with you anyway BECAUSE you're out in public, filming" :)
You nailed it with that comment, TD.
You just OWNED 2 armed police one with prison trattoos
All you have to do is give up your rights and show your ID. "PAPERS.......?" My god. Is this a free country with free press??? How are they ALL so ignorant of the law (as law enforcement officers)?
Scotland is not a country with a free press. A journalist was locked up for reporting on the false rape conspiracy against Alex Salmond.
correct but we all know that cops think the law doesnt apply to them. look at the Met police with thier whatsapp messages about raping women and beating women up. the point is cops think thy are ABOVE the law
As a courtesy, can you give your rights up?. What a Knob.🇬🇧🇮🇱🇬🇧
They're worried about security of the police station and you filming the coming and going of officers. At 10:59 the officer tells you "We're armed because we are coming back in to do a hand over for the next shift". That's a breach of security he made.
And the huge wait for back up suggests security stinks at that place.

You're not in England anymore Kolee. Scotland *IS* a police state.
@david faulds separatist rat. Scotland remains British
@david faulds votes for an authoritarian police state party and calls other people serfs? hahaha good one. and no i dont celebrate the 12th, i live in poland you mug, i know you're too stupid to know this but poland is an incredibly catholic country
@david faulds seriously though it's very strange that someone who supports an authoritarian centralising police state party would watch auditors. Serious cognitive dissonance. Or do you just hate the English that much? Bannockburn was 700 years ago.
@david faulds The SNP want to be governed by Germany and Brussels so that's that out the window already.
Where do I begin? False rape accusations pushed by the government against political opponents, the jailing of journalists for reporting on said case, extreme attacks on freedom of speech which are more in line with countries like China and Saudi Arabia than Western Europe (Offensive Behaviour at Football and Threatening Communications (Scotland) Act 2012, Hate Crime and Public Order (Scotland) Act 2021), the Named Person initiative attempting to interfere with children - injecting a government agent in to families to ensure they are raised in a manner that the party approves of (again, the sort of thing you expect in China, not western Europe), the cult of personality around Sturgeon and the fusion of party and state, the cultivation and encouragement of anglophobia. You're a cult member in denial and it's incredibly strange that someone who supports these measures would watch auditors. Especially English auditors when your entire movement is built off the back of hatred of the English. Don't pretend it's about self-governance when you support EU membership.
@david faulds Think he owned you a bit there fella,😆😆😆🇬🇧
I love the fact he says “I feel like we are going backward here” when it was the other officer that had taken the conversation backward! You just matched his level of conversation!! Great audit as always bro
By Police logic, the Public have the Right/Duty to establish that Any Police Officer they come across is Not a Threat to members Of the public (like Cousins was) by questioning them 'ad hoc' in the street and demand They account for what They are doing .....how are the Police going to square that little conundrum ?
Some clever policing that is, testifying on the record, to acting outside of lawful authority.
WOW!!! It amazes me the leaps and claims these officers make to justify you given up your details while you are engaging in a lawful activity. Seriously, mate I am actually surprised they did not detain and search you under section 43.
Oh my goodness,he was almost hysterical because you wouldn't yeild to his colossal ego. Cheers Kolee.
The young kid of an officer is profoundly ignorant and thinks that his endless rambling and unsubstantiated opinion is somehow of interest. Shows what’s wrong with modern policing and how badly trained some police are…
He actually doesn't care about whether his opinion is of interest - all he is doing is detaining the photographer without actually saying he's detaining him, because he knows he can't officially detain him.
@@susanatinsley7136 True, standard technique, don't detain officially, that's on the record, skate round it by using different wording, or they ignore the question," am I detained"? When they said what kind of reaction have you had, you should have said, "Well, when I was chatting with the Chief Constable of..."
28:28 "If you think every time a police officer arrest somebody every time they believe an offence has been committed, that's not a good policing system". The same could be true about the police stopping to question somebody's actions when no offence has been committed - that's not a good policing system, that's a system akin to North Korea, or the old East Germany. That would be a fascist state. Though to be honest, the way the SNP are going Scotland will be in that state pretty soon.
Many many years ago. I was visiting a friend. I had my smart (sadly) office attire on. The police stopped me and said 'someone fitting my description had committed a crime' and they wanted to search me. I naively let them search my bag etc. There no way them F*ckers would get near me now. This memory just came back to me. They continue to lie led by the highest office.
Loved this, the younger one either didn’t quite understand or was wilfully not grasping what you were saying to him but credit to him for having a go. The other one just threw a bit of a high pitched fit because his lame attempts to manipulate/intimidate didn’t work. He hasn’t got the mental dexterity for this game.
5:50 Filming in public is not a crime. Even if it's filming the comings and goings of police vehicles. Kolee could be standing on a nearby street corner where all the cars have to pass and the police would not come up with the excuse of filming vehicles since the stations might not be in view. That would show the stupidity of the police's reasoning.
Imagine if they made a new series of the 'The Bill' and it was just dealing with auditors all day xD
Interesting engagement tbf. I don't know how it ended but I sensed a lot of respect from both Kollee and the police, which is always good to see. But both standing their ground having a good discussion. (is part 2 where you get banged up. LOL)
Best auditor at the moment in my opinion
"I don't have an issue with you filming" . Clearly, they all do have an issue with you filming. It would be great if you could get a partner with a flipboard and with each usual phrase "obviously", "in this day and age", "you got to understand", etc. just keep flipping to the catchphrase as they say it. Also have a bell you ring every time they say the catch phrase. Add some humor to the whole thing.
They don't have an issue with filming, just with certain places where, and what is filmed. censorship, and unnecessary restrictions. "I think / feel you might or may"........
No! That's not good enough. Too escoteric.
🙈 probably the best most calm collected you have ever been . I won't be surprised if you spend a night or a weekend in a cell 🙈 Scottish police tend to go all in if you don't provide details
Your not wrong, several years ago two plods knocker on our door at 11.30 at night, arrested our 34year old Son put him in jail for 4 days, we couldn’t even see him with a change of clothes and a toothbrush. He was marched onto court in handcuffs, where he was released pending the court case. His crime, splitting up with his psychotic girlfriend and asking for her to give him his Passport, she accused him of harassment, 18 months later case was dropped, no evidence, no apology, no compensation for the trauma she caused. He’s never been in trouble with the law. That was before their unbelievable Hate Crime Bill. Place is a shithole.
They don’t know how to deal with you, investigate investigate investigate.
Police going about it
Wrong way AGAIN
Rules, duties, and obligations apply to public servants, not their Masters the public. That surprised the sergeant. He should read the Law, we are not his slaves.
There is no such thing as "not having a reason to be in a public space"!!! That is discrimination and unless isolated circumstances where factual elements exist like knowing a specific person is in violation of a protection order of some kind, there is no way anyone could determine a person has no reason to be in a public space and no authority to make a person explain their private business. The fact is, EVERYONE has the same right to be in public at a police station and most certainly to record them as not only is it illegal to abuse their power to enforce their personal preferences for what they don't like, but it is legal to record ANYTHING you can see from public, by their logic if they don't like a person looking at their station or cars etc they can abuse their power to oppress them and serve their own personal preferences!
One of your best audits I've seen so far! "So I can leave?" was the breaking point IMO
Excellent kolee, not one slip up, all you did was keep coming back to the facts of the matter completely ignoring his copsplaing and attempts to incriminate you. Well played 👏👌👌
