I’m Mexican and aside from the flour tortilla we usually use corn tortillas this tacos look pretty authentic to me! The only thing missing is the hot sauce🤤👍🏼
Sounds great! I never found corn flor neither corn tortilla here where I live and the hot sauce, ell, lets say that I have added 'some' Valentina hot sauce in my tacos... ;)
Only thing missing is the sour cream (or maybe some of your feta?) .. and no, it's not like our abuella's (I'm originally from California where we use corn tortillas), but this looks delicious all the same. As ever, thanks for a beautiful recipe.🌹

I usually use crumbled defrosted frozen tofu as the base for my tacos. It’s definitely time to try the soy curls!
So good! I like tofu as well but TVP is better for this recipe imo. :)
