Thanks man!! Ya idk why the trailboss doesn't have fog lights but we won't get into that 😂 you know while I had the rotary Tool out and had that liner peeled back, I should have done the downtime cut 👍
@Downtimelost ya I checked out the stock fogs on a colorado at the dealership and couldn't really tell they were on. Probably help if it was foggy lol but these you can very easily see. And they have an option for larger lights as well
Those look sick! Great install. Super good Idea on the reflective tape! Me- being a bit OCD probably would have swapped out those fasteners for some stainless Ones, and added some loc tite.
Glad they are stainless! Yeah I thought over Black fasteners too, but these look good. The Nylocks are good too/ The package looks well thought out.@@TonyTheTechnician
Those look really cool! How come you didn't use the SAE fog SSC1 that Diode Dynamics offers? Those produce a compliant fog beam pattern that is legal to use in traffic. These ones you have appear to use the wide beam pattern, which is more of a flood type that doesn't pass SAE compliance and can cause glare to oncoming traffic.
Thanks and I didn't want the sae fogs these havea little bit more narrow pattern then the fogs with a little more distance and minimal vertical. So unless you point these up at other vehicles you won't cause any glare to oncoming traffic. This is not a flood light. It's the pattern I feel is the best for what I use them for.
Hey tony thanks for the vid i ordered these almost right after watching the video. Did they happen to say when they will be avalible to ship i noticed that they are on preorder only!
@TonyTheTechnician awesome! Thank you Tony! Keep up the great work love the vids! I'm a cinematographer and photographer looking to start a TH-cam channel soon!
It's definitely stiff but I just gave a couple of good pushes from the engine bay side the best that I could then from in the cab I just pulled pretty hard on one side of the grommet.
Question. Did you ever get the wire through the passenger side? I had the same issue not being able to get through the passenger side so I went through the drivers side as it had much more clearance to pull on from inside the cab.
I have a 2024 Chevy Colorado.L.T. 4x4. I have the l e d chevy bow tie On my Front end grill. I also changed out the the blinker bulbs for l.ED They are too way. White color running an amber With Blinkers signal working. I ordered them from Lasfit. I also have the rear end Chevy boat tie. That's LED elite in my trailer hitch. Will you apply the break it lights up. And I have an l e d light strip between the bumper and the tail Gate. And where my stock LED Fog lights are I ordered them all new plastic with the l.ED built into. From the internet, they come from China. But they blink when you put the blinkers on. But i'm thinking about buying the ones you installed on your truck Fog lights from their company The same color you got or amber In white fog light when called for. And I don't change that Is low beam and high beam headlights I. Purchased them from tiny monster. I'm in the process Of changing out the third tale light LED's And break lights and turn signals I'm the rear end I done changed out the white reverse lights. And then I got the lation plate LED To do. Also. I took my truck to Z - Bart Headed top coded and bottom coded in the bottom shown denton also.
I have been waiting for someone to fabricate something to install Fog lights.
Thanks for your demonstration.

Thank you and it's stainless hardware with nylon locking nuts. 👍 I was almost thinking of swapping to black hardware but I like seeing the fasteners.
Glad they are stainless! Yeah I thought over Black fasteners too, but these look good.

@marko11kram thank you!! Agreed
Great video! Ordered some to fit SS3’s. I like what you did with the vinyl, I may try to find gray that matches the color of my truck.
Thank you and ya that would look great. A nice subtle touch 👍

Having a hell of time trying to get the wires through the grommet. Do you have any tips or tricks you did that worked?
It's definitely stiff but I just gave a couple of good pushes from the engine bay side the best that I could then from in the cab I just pulled pretty hard on one side of the grommet.
Question. Did you ever get the wire through the passenger side? I had the same issue not being able to get through the passenger side so I went through the drivers side as it had much more clearance to pull on from inside the cab.
@ivancasanova4620 yeah I ended up using a long ass screw driver to push through and kinda wedge it enough to where I can fit the wire through.
Will there be some for the ZR2?
I haven't heard anything for the zr2 atleast yet
Is wire harness included
Mine was not but you may want to message them and see
What leds do you have on your rear tail lights?
None. Except the reverse lights
Doesn’t look to up on the website yet.
It is. I updated the link

To bad the fog light didn't fill up hole a little better ! Looks kinda cheap !
Definitely not cheap. Very good quality. You might like the larger model better. It holds a larger light and the cut out is a little bigger
What leds do you have on your rear tail lights?
What size drill bit did you use?
