    Thank you so much. I really enjoy your routines and how you teach. You are very calm and just have a great energy. I appreciate you sharing your routines with us. I work one the computer and sit a lot so my neck and back and whole body actually need a lot of attention.

      Do you mean the dragon posture? It is one of the best, and he has a dedicated video just for this one. Highly recommend it; so relaxing yet strenuous!
