@@androswolf Thank you. I think a piece like this (with lyrics) by CDP is an incredibly huge plus for a menu or a trailer. But for most of the time I'd like to keep DoD without (background) music. Plus it's a huge effort to create such a song and we all have only so much time and resources.

@@davenonnenberg is this a World of Warcraft based game? I wouldn't even know. My ref to a Lich King was more of a general one: Undead King leading an undead army, even a reference to a potential phylactery in the song.
God, this song invariably messes me up. I haven't played the game so I've got zero clue as to the actual plot, but with the chorus the way the song sounds to me shifts from being a cautionary tale put in song to...well, what comes to mind is dwarves mourning a once-beloved hero lost to darkness.
You guys really should consider making a dwarven video game. Or, perhaps a mod for a popular one like dwarf Fortress or similar. Feel free to hit me up if you’re interested in such a thing.
