“Jeffrey’s gonna love this” 🤣 You are so adorable Eric. Love pavlova and this looks sublime. Can’t wait to make and eat this soon. Thanks for sharing x
Thank goodness, a pavlova recipe without fruit! I've made pavlova with fruit and it was very nice. But this is so much better! Thanks for the fab recipe. 😘
Wow! This is an absolute must to make! There is nothing like a little history along with a recipe tutorial… my two favorite things ❤️ Thank you Eric 😊 Even though it seems easy, lots of love got baked into it to make it magical 🪄🔮
Pavlova is my favorite dessert! I normally make chocolate pavlova with raspberries. Or a regular pavlova with lemonade curd and berries. But I will now try this!
Those are my two go-to pavlovas as well. I love the contrast of the tart/sour lemon or raspberries with the sweetness of the meringue. I will definitely try this Oreo version but I may have to add strawberries or something for balance 🧐
A grand quicker alternative to a baked Alaska which seems so daunting to me ...plus I am from the oreo era...could be cranberries raisins dates too .. This is more interesting too with geography dance and of course a ballerina. Fun! Thanks
As an Australian, I had a “knee-jerk” reaction to be offended when he said “what a pavlova COULD be”…….. like it isn’t the perfect dessert already!? Lol It looks good, but I have to admit to being a slight traditionalist, in that I like fruit on my pavlova🤷♀️ Not being a huge fan of the dry cocoa-ey flavour of oreas doesn’t help- but it does look yummy still!🤷♀️👍🏻 and I agree that the flavour of the Oreos would work well against the sugary sweetness of the pavlova!
"How easy was that? Jeffrey's going to love this." Eric is a gem ❤ 😭
That Ina Garten homage 🥰 Eric Kim is great
I just love Eric Kim.
Eric Kim is amazing! The perfect combo of cute and delicious, just like all his dishes!

Eric, this is fabulous! Being an Aussie myself, it's always fascinating to see different versions of such an iconic dessert. Well done!

Making this on Christmas!
lol that they said "choc sandwich cookies" the first time, and then let Oreo slip the second time. Don't let the copyright police come for this angel!

Ooh, I like this chef!
Awesome!
…and that’s the way the cookie crumbles!
Love it! Going to try soon :) keep sharing your recipes please.. I’m subscribed to your channel 😁
"This is folding” … I mean, “You FOLD THE CHEESE, David!” …
Love the Aussie NZ disputes!
Eric Kim for the win
Can you give measurements please.? How many eggs, sugar, salt?
I could listen to Eric say “stiff peak” all day
Gourmet!
Pavlovas are such a weird dessert. Goop on goop. But this version looks tasty, and I loved Eric Kim's explanation of the history behind the dish :)
Just fold the cookies in. Just fold them in.
If you say fold it in one more time. :D
Do you shop at h mart .?
A cracked pavlova is bad luck! A little under whipped!
A Pav isn't a Pav without fresh seasonal fruit ontop
But looks good nonetheless
