Yea but 3900x, the whole set (mb,ram, cpu) in Poland costs 250 usd (cpu used, mb and memory new), for 7950x we need to pay around 900 usd. I think it's more profitable to buy 3900x.
About that thermal paste, yeah on cpus I don't really care that much how I put it, but the one time you put gpu waterblock together, fill the loop and notice that the gpu is instantly thermal throttling, you learn to spread the paste pretty. :D
Nice set up and overview. I have two cpu rigs (5600x & 5700), was setup with parts already on hand. I'm looking to add 1 or 2 more. Without going crazy on $, any cpu's you recommend? 7950x prices seem high right now.
Rabid was comlaining about the"entity" but if he had hardware he would do the same, u better believe it. It's all good though , hate the game not the player😂
One question: Did you face any booting issues when you prepare different mobo+cpu combinations for the same PSU? I have MSI+5900x and Gigabyte+7950x powered by single MSI 750w PSU. Both set AC always on but I have to jumpstart MSI when I click on power button on PSU. Feels like MSI mobo wants to start later with ac on setting and cant catch up Gigabyte mobo.
Lets get Hashing!!! Are You Still building?

Depends on power price but the 7950x is a more profitable and efficent CPU vs the 3000 series.
Keep buying 3900x's please :)
@@Luke75298 microcenter was running the 7700x and 7900x bundles. Those were great grabs at the time .
I'm done building, actually considering selling off some hardware. Profitability is pretty bad.

Its been a year on this channel and how much I have learned!
Glad to help!!
Man those gigabyte boards are by far the best for mining. Snag them up boys while you still can.
Yup love them
@@RabidMining I have the Asus Tuf X670e, trash haha.
#BuildDay🎉🎉
Awesome! 🙂💯🥂
👍👍🙂
Free CZ!
Rabid you could save a bit more space if u use Thurmaltakes down faceing cooler, Might be better for some vrm cooling as well
Maybe
Great Video Rabid! Now the boards will be disappearing lol 😅

I am only looking at 7950x or 7950x3d right now 3000 and 5000 series are falling behind now.
@RabidMining will see if there will good deals next week on Prime day. Will look to do a double setup like you got here.
@@RabidMining and not having to pop a gpu in is a God send
you gotta give it some of that Noc-Tuah
YES more cpu content , love asics profits but so f boring
15:35 damn 10 ! those stands really make difference
Ya they do
Building two more 7950X rigs next week!
Nice!!

Lol

Have you decided to step back from ECO and negative curve settings to fixed clock&voltage or it is just for video purpose to simplify it?
Eco/PBO is more efficent but I like the locked cores better bit more hash. But is needed for x3d chips.
Noticed the LA was way up from the off. Is that normal for the 7950X?
Ya it moves around

No haven't ran into that on MSI but noticed it with asrock but it still runs on its own just takes a extra few seconds.
👊
Hi.. what is the power consumption at the wall of that single CPU on RandomX? Thanks
7950x is about 170w for 22kh
Are you selling off older 3900x to optimize the farm and have power for newer models?
Am thinking about it
Can I build a computer like this with windows and still cpu mine like this
Yup
hive os is a ripoff for cpui mining :P waste of money hashrate and power
Poor RIG 5 :(
Lol
