I have one that sleeps under my porch in MD, pretty normal.
I skunked yesterday. Wasn’t even mad though. Had so much going on lately with a death in the family, new job transition and moving all at the same time, that I hadn’t gone fishing in 3 whole weeks. I normally fish multiple times a week. So just getting a line in the water felt great.
Sorry to hear that bro. I just got out of the military and got a new job and I haven't been able to fish 3-5 times a week like I used to. Keep hanging in there, you're not alone.
If there's one thing I've learned from this channel it is how good of a spot spillways are.
I've tried that first spillway he was at a number of times but never got anything. Tons of snags though!

Lol i recommended this spot to you. This is the spot to go when the stripers are running in the fall. The other side of the bridge where the water comes out in the spot. In the summer time in the back of basin is spatter dock that is full of snakeheads

Fishing 4MR in my kayak, all the visible surface action has been carp and gizzard shad. Never been able to catch any of the bass I could see below me around the bridge supports. Been broken off a bunch by some big fish, probably snagged carp. Once cold I stick to catfishing at the Potomac bridges if I bother fishing at all.

In here florida bass fishing is getting spicier, EXCEPT MY ROD BROKE YESTERDAY from a small bass on a bridge
Tip: go untra finesse. I caught a bunch of 1-3lb bass at four mile run recently on crappie jigs and a dropshotted 2.5 inch gulp minnow
Catches one fish - this area is fire I called it all the bass pushed back in here on the feeding frenzy doesn’t catch another bass there 😂😂😂

I saw an old video and went to this spot the other day. No luck
i'll never try to teach you how to fish but i am just bored so :D ... In my country the fish only want the silicon shad retreaved relatively slow towards the surface of water, with a .20 oz jighead and leaving it to sink slowly into the bottom, the "cannibal shad" of 3.5 inches (8.5cm) works extremely well because of his tail action when sinking - it mimmics extremely well a hurt fish. I just hook on a 27 inch pike (my pb) after not catching anything for 2 months of fishing lures like in the summer, it just doesn't work for me :D

you should come to central pennsylvania sometime, there are beautiful spots around here
I've had good luck at your final destination, I usually cross the intersection then walk down the steps as far as I can go through the overgrowth and always catch them. Not many people travel that far down either so the spot is generally open.
