I am terrible about gossiping about family members. I know I am miserable with myself so I gossip about others. It’s terrible and if someone overheard what I said it would destroy relationships. I have to stop it now
This is something I genuinely want to work on! It’s like every time I try to stop doing it and I go around friends or family and they pull me back in. I know I’m going to have to set boundaries for myself in remove myself from those conversations because I genuinely hate it!!! I loved everything about this video!

I take care of my mom with mental health problems and not to excuse her because I won't but it's part of why her behavior is this way but I'm struggling so bad with how it's affecting me. She has faith so I'm watching a bunch of christian stop gossiping videos in hopes one will pop up in her recommended videos. She doesn't receive criticism well and I'm a person she won't listen to. I hope things get better.
It's difficult to be transparent. You can talk how to that person and express your reason and concern and when they don't try to do something about it or understand, it gets frustrating so like you end up venting to someone. Now that I'm typing it, it does sound like gossip😐
I think that's the part my mom will receive, the whole part about lifting other women up and not judging them being a girls girl with positive intention

Life’s more better when you get out of he said she said gossip. And politics is a form of gossip.
