There is just too much that's wrong with this, starting with the very clear distinction between god ki and regular ki. Also the importance that Goku lost to Roshi/Jackie Chun, which was critical in him developing the character to always improve himself and seek to be stronger.
Cell is also from a different timeline and so wouldn't be affected by any of this... Wouldn't be any stronger, at least until absorbing at least one Android (assuming he even could). 17 & 18 would easily over power him here since they'd be engineered to defeat this godly version of Goku.
I'm stopping the video here since it's just so inaccurate to the actual lore. It's just an inaccurate and frankly wrong version of how anything would play out.
