    I began walking - barefoot, in our bedroom 😅 - over 4yrs ago, with Leslie. With the help of smaller portions - but eating exactly whatever I want - I am down 65+#! Do my best to get in AT LEAST 10,000k per day, to maintain. Love her! ❤

      @@bhavi2262 a diet that means not to eat much junk food and sweets ❤ drinking a lot of water and moving overall all day like really active

    I discovered Leslie during the confinement period in France. I no longer went out to go walking every day so the walking sessions at home replaced my daily outings. Leslie is great, I regret that there are no similar shows in France! Anyone can do it and my health suffers, I now walk every day with Leslie every day at my house! Thank you!

    I'm so glad I found this video. I know it's 6 years old for the time that it was initially put up on TH-cam but this is perfect for me. I have been doing the se 15 and 30 minute walks routines. My goal daily is to do 5,000 steps but I find that towards the end of the day I only have like 4,000 something and so sometimes only need that 500. Thank you so much for this.

    I really appreciate this video as I was looking for something powerful but short. Have loved Leslie Sansone for years. One thing I did not like the remark about 500 steps before each meal. Exercise is so important to our bodies and overall health. So is a healthy relationship with food. Good to keep in mind that some watching these vids are trying to improve both or may have an eating disorders. Encouragement to exercise right before or after meals can trigger this.

    Today was my first day...not gonna lie, was hard, but I made it through! I will do again at lunch and dinner and everyday!! Thank you so much Leslie, I have nerve damage and this didn't kill my feet like usual when I tried to do other walking and exercise routines!!

    Thank you so much i suffer from diabetes hypertension nerve pain in my hands and especially feet so its very hard for me to exercise but this walkout in five i can do. Thx for sharing and motivating ppl.

    I love doing this as my end of the day workout before I go to bed. I do other workouts of hers in the daytime, but this helps relax me when I take a shower then lay down for bed.

    Love these short walks and the longer ones too (the non group ones) ....
    These are repeat vids that a regular excerciser plays again and yet again .... On the singles (with Leslie alone as a trainer), the narrative is to the point and relevant ....
    On the group ones the narrative becomes irritating and the heys and hos of a cheerleading flavor
    Certainly the singles have a superior vote!!💕

    Thank you so much for these videos, they are so easy to do and are ideal for when I can't get out of the house. I can get up and do one in the morning before I go to work and one in the evening before bed, if I also walk the dog each day I should be well on track. These workouts are easy and are awesome for me, especially in this wet time of the year. Thank you again.

    That's a great walk and only takes 5 minutes. Love the idea of the exercise before every meal. That's quite achievable.
    I'm involved in a daily 10000 step challenge for the next 30 days in Australia. We are a team of ten from a weight reduction club. It really helps us to keep our weight in check.

      About 2 months since it's best to lose about 2 pounds a week. I wasn't obese or anything, just had extra pounds

      @@parameswarie636 I think as this video is 5 minutes 500 steps then if you walk 1hour 40minutes on rewinding this same video u will get 10,000 steps....

    Oh yeah leslie thank you so much you motivate me everyday been a month since i started do walking at home while watching your vedios i was hypothyroidism patient 2yrs back so uncontrolled gaining weight was my big problem added of medication taking pills twice a day! Couple of months ago my doctor stopped me taking meds since all my labtest results seems back to normal😊 i was 60kgs. After a month of walking i weigh my self yesterday i lose almost 8pnds not bad and i still working on to reach my normal 50kg. And i doing this atleast 1 hr or more everyday.

    Ok, actually, the walk starts at 0:15; so it takes 5 minutes and 7 seconds for 500 steps. So 1000 steps is 10 minutes and 14 seconds. If you want to hit the 10000 steps goal; you will have to commit 100 minutes and 140 seconds which is 102 minutes and 20 seconds. Thats a very long time.

    First try doing it and I made it through, happy I did! But even though I was able to keep up with every step she did and didn't miss a beat, I only got 277 steps in. Maybe my apple fit app is off?
