OW2_Logo_Dark confirmed :) Very informative video, I'm unfamiliar with the additional plugins you use in Photoshop but the core concept was easy to understand and enough to get started with creating tileable textures in 3D software of your choice.
Right on, I remember it being part of your workflow in the "Making an Office Environment" series and didn't think it was free until I checked out Francesco Camarlinghi's website. Definitely a time saver. Cheers!
I made a custom python script and bound to my [ and ] keys. I pasted the script for you here: pastebin.com/kf28H0ed Just create a custom hotkey, and assign to your preferred keys.

When i triangulated the adjusted bricks, i get super weird shading/normalmaps. The triangulations are extremely apparent. Did you use subdivision to prevent this?
Its probably too late but I think I know the problem you are having. The thing is that you should not triangulate anything. Otherwise it will break the illusion. You just bake the normals and it will work.
I found your tutorial; it is awesome! I am new in VE. This is better than my class, thanks for share the concept.

It could be that the faces are not planar? Do you have pictures?
