Discovered the channel about a month ago , and I’ve been doing my best to repeat what I’ve learned from this guy. I’m 49 years old and my son saw me with my shirt off the other night and said “ Damn pop , keep doing what you’re doing I can see a difference in your upper body “ that really made my day, being I was always a tall skinny dude all my life. I've projectile vomited at the gym before. After a long night of partying I took my morning 'sups' which included Yohimbine 1000 mg which is an MAOI and some of what I enjoyed the night before REALLY isn't good to have an MAOI around it. Leg day, pushing hard and start to feel woosy. Curled down into a ball and decided the lockeroom bathroom was needed ASAP but BARFFFF all over the wall just entering the mens locker room. Yohimbie is GREAT but being an MAOI I also did this at the Bellagio pool area but luckily got inside and to the sink with no one around. Quick clean up and remembered to not mix certain things. I'm much more mellow now but the gym incident had me getting a lot of people worried my head was about to spin around and play Exorcist. LOL

@@massimocampanella5228 pretty sure he has gone over this in another video, can’t remember which one.
I think the answer is go straight to the next set, the only time between would be to pick up the next weight or adjust.
That’s what I have been doing and it’s worked so much better.
If you’re working to failure and past your limit it doesn’t really matter how long the workout is.

Great stuff, Ryan! Thanx! However, I bet you are to come up with resistance band exercises, by muscle groups, for those of us having to train in confinment :)!

Great workout, bro! I personally would tune it up a bit and start with the rope push downs to pump blood into the triceps before putting so much pressure on the elbows with the skull crusher super sets. And on the ropes I switched it up to do full tricep extensions, followed by the half up ones and half down ones. That’s just me, maybe this will be helpful to someone. Thanks again, bro!

Best vid of yours I've seen yet. Great watching what working to failure looks like. Waaay more inspirational AND educational than the 2second demos of the movements that are usually shown. How's about no less than 3 full reps shown as a rule? Sure, I want 20, but I'll take 3! Or are u trying to be like free adult sites that cut away just as the money shot comes? ;)

Man I love your workouts! I’ve had some serious gains and learnt some new tricks! I added a set of close grip bench presses 60x 60kg 50x50kg and 40x40kg in between the last 2 sets...... needless to say I didn’t manage many push ups 😂😂 respect though from the UK 👍🏽

You're changing the way I work out. I'm after pure strength more than I am muscle size, because I want to be THAT GUY who looks pretty average, muscle-wise, but is a lot stronger than he looks. (And I've already got 17" biceps, but I'm not lean.) but I've been going for very heavy weights and judging my progress by how many reps I can crank out on the cable tricep extensions while I've got the weight pin at the bottom of the stack and I need to tie my feet to plates to keep from floating up because the stack weight and my body weight are the same number. (250 pounds...yeah I've got some fat to dump.) Mostly thanks to you I'm trying lighter weights and more reps. It destroys me in an entirely different manner, but I do keep thinking, "Man, this isn't very heavy!"...not for the first set, anyway. Twelve sets later I'm ready to puke up my spine.
