      @@massimocampanella5228 why don’t you give each exercise he showed a shot and push it to your true failure point and beyond. You’ll see that you won’t need to do them for more than one set. You can’t measure and effective workout by how long it took to complete it. It’s the intensity behind it. However, if it seems too short, do the tricep one he made that is similar to this vid after Bi’s 👍💪🏻

      If you use the correct weight you won't be doing 4 sets of each exercise. I was done in 20 minutes lol

    sets and reps for at home with dumbbells -
    1:40 partial curls - to failure. - into full - to failure
    2:42 timed curls/3 mins (go slow) hold half way when you cant go up anymore

      @@massimocampanella5228 for me, I do one set of his 3 exercises in the video, move to a 3 set leg workout, back to the 3 arm exercises again, back to the legs and finish up with the 3 arm exercises. I do this on Monday and Friday with other exercises on Wednesday.

    Some critics say "How many bicep exercises can you show?" Hint: It's not about the breadth of exercises, it's about the effort he puts in. Sure, Ryan wants to show you different exercises because, hey, it can get boring in the dungeon. But it's the effort he puts in that inspired people and makes them want to watch more, and work out harder. Really enjoyed this.

    Almost every time I go work out I sit in the parking lot outside the gym searching through your videos and find a couple that have to do with the body parts I'm working that day.
    Needless to say I'm always doing something different and I leave the gym knowing I've done something worthwhile.

    I am 6'3, about 185 and always been "lean". I have tried so many times to workout not only for my health but also to get bigger or stronger. Been working out for 2 months straight(6 days a week) and just am barely starting to see results but my arms still arent really getting there. Tomorrow is arm day and this video is very much what i needed to see to stay motivated and ready to get after it tomorrow. THANKS!

    Hi Ryan. I used to train with the same intension as in your video and somehow I lost it.

    I bought the 30 day Garage program from this guy...have to tell you all that, I can see improvement in last 2-3 months, that I didn't see for last 2 years lifting....so I'm glad I did listen to him...like he says.."Volume, Time under tension, destroying your self"....they all works, worked in a good way for me at least. 💪

    I started following your advice on workouts. Less weight, more reps. I've added 3/4" to my arms in less than 3 months and I was already working out regularly. It hurts like hell to complete the workout and I have to psych myself up to do it. But with the less weight, I have not gotten any of the tendon injuries that used to constantly plague me. I'll take the temporary pain over the chronic injuries any day of the week.

    I'm 63, started back to working out. I work in the emergency room as a paramedic. I'd stopped with vovid just do damn tired. Got a scapula nerve pull, 5 months later type 3 groin pull so I had to get back into working out. The algorithm steered to your videos and I'm thankful. And thank you. Taken your advice, I use a combination of stackable bands and weights and have felt the difference in my muscle. Thankbyou brother.

    Not going to lie. I incorporated some of these ideas into a bicep workout and it's the first time in years my biceps did the work and not my brachialis. Same thing for my chest. I slowed things down, prioritized decline press, and focused on connecting with the muscle.

    I normally do partials but a different way. And it works.
    Partials low : Basically a half way curl.
    Partials High: A partial from top going down.
    And last a full motion curl.
    I do 10 of each no rest . Total of 30.
    I call it the Crazy 30s. It works.

    ok so finally someone who gets it. these are some of the best exercises I have seen and done. I am 54 years young and would like to see more videos for perhaps people with joint challenges. Today I tried your squat version with the bar between the legs and the feet at 90 degrees of each other. very challenging for someone with a bad hip.

    Insane question or recommendation. Could you do a vid on what mind muscle connection is and how to get better at utilizing it I really only have figured it out after 20 years and so much has improved for me. No one seems to want to touch this!! Thank you for your program its very helpful!!!!!

    I don’t have access to strength equipment except maybe a few dumbbells or two, so I just do a ton of chin-ups and superset them with slow and fast ones, front levers, and then slow and controlled concentration curls as well as hammer curls till failure, and bicep curls in three different positions. One from the top, middle, and all the way extended to really hit the biceps. As well as pull back into my shoulder, like I saw on your other video to really feel the bicep contract and tighten.

      Recently been doing one arm decline chin ups.
      Start both arms, once chin above bar remove one arm and slowly decline.
      Good bicep pump!
