Hi i dont know if you still have the Z,but your oil pressure is really low,your gallery gaskets are blown it should be 120psi on a cold start and 60 at idle,your is almost 0 at idle,I'm currently having the same issue and didnt have a clue about it.Its good i caught it before it blew my engine i suggest you do the same😀

I had to return the Mishimoto radiator for my 05 G35 because the guide pins were way off. I confirmed with Mishimoto and they were making it to the wrong specifications. Probably took an early 03 measurement and the assumed it was the same all the way to 07. Too bad, it appeared like a quality radiator.
@@JDMPassion This had the Mishimoto sticker with serial number. Confirmed by Mishimoto to be authentic. Afterwards bought a OEM Clone and it fit perfectly. Manufacturers need to place closer attention to year to year variations if any.. A stock radiator will do fine unless you go Force Induction and plan to go racing or drifting.
@@JDMPassion I understand, I too sometimes spend $ on unnecessary Bling Bling. I just dropped 2k on a painted ground effects kit for my RC350 F SPORT. It's functionally useless, but looks real good.😂
Maybe i have a thermostat issue on my 350z...when i drive for 15/20km the fan start and then never stops and the temperature sits above half and never goes down
Sitting half is good, once the car is up at temperature, that’s where it should be and stay. The fan issue could be your thermostat, maybe worth changing, could also be an issue with air in the coolant lines and not cooling properly
@@JDMPassion Thanks for answer. Yeah there was some air in the coolant lines but my mechanic was able to draw it out and filled with 1 liter of coolant. But the issue persist and if i drive for more than 20 km the temperature tries to go high but never reaching red line with fan running constanly. As you said im trying to replace the thermostat and hope i can solve that, my mechanic said it can be head gaskets :(

Mine wasn’t perfect but got it in there in the end, did you get something else or just go OEM?

I had to replace mine anyway, OEM was cracked. Wanted the engine bay to look a little nicer and I think it does that.

what size bolt did you get for the thermostat bolt, I actually ran into the same issue with my 08 350z.
M6 X 30 will do the job

What coolant do you recommend and how much do you use ??
Do you use all coolant or do you recommend mixing with water ?
I used Autobacs own brand, it’s a 50/50 premix. I believe it was around 8 litres I used.

Yeah it’s a Nismo, I was living in Japan, now the car is on the way to the UK.
