I LOVE the Living Well mineral tooth-powder. Not only are my teeth whiter, but I had 2 small cavities that a dentist fixed but the filling came undone twice because I did not want the conventional practise of sealing it with fluoride. That's what the dentist told me. I started using the mineral tooth powder and the sensitivities and cavities have disappeared on their own. How amazing!! It works!!! and strengthened my pearly whites :))))
What's in xylitol to change the acid levels in the mouth. Didn't realize that too many acid drinks feed cancer so really trying to make some lifestyle changes in foods and drinks and step up the water intake with celtic salt
What about oil pulling? I use coconut oil. Is it acidic? Does it pull minerals out of my teeth, I know it removes stains. Can you oil pull too often? 💕🌞🌵😷
I use a tiny bit of baking soda in my coffee. I feel it cuts the acidic taste of the coffee. I think I will test to see the acidic level with and without the baking soda. I only use a tiny amount, less than a pinch because too much and you'll be able to taste it.
I REALLY hope you answer questions!! Just subscribed and hoping for some help. I had 7 weeks of radiation for breast cancer treatment. I was blocked from radiation errantly and have already lost teeth, working on my 5th. In Hawai'i, I've only found dentists that want to pull and do root canals. Not to mention horrible state insurance ($1000 per year allowed for everything!). Help!
I believe PH level of carbonated water is 3.5-4.5, so not good. The exact level depends on the type of carbonation and the presence of other ingredients. It is acidic because of the carbon dioxide (CO2) dissolves in water to form carbonic acid (H2CO3). You can get PH test strips for a few dollars and verify it yourself. They come in packs of 50 or 100 so you can test everything you consume. It's a fun little experiment and you will know for sure the real PH of exact food and drinks you consume.
Hydroxyapatite is not necessary, but rather an option as novelty which hasn't got enough research yet, and there's ongoing safety question about absorption of it's nano particles, but it's heavily promoted because it's expensive and something new for most people. Fluoride is researched, proven, and much cheaper. For people with dry mouth it's much better to mplement xylitol, which improves salivary flow, as well as alcalizing teeth immedietly. There's no need for expensive toothpastes, powders and so on and so forth.
@@heartmind.coaching Yes fluoride is toxic, but only extremely high levels. You'd have to eat several entire tubes of toothpaste a day. That's a common misunderstanding so no fluoride can't be toxic when used twice daily in quantity of pea size toothpaste on your toothbrush.
Check out the recent news on fluoride and how it lowers the IQ levels. Hydroxyapatite has been around for years and years. It's a naturally occurring mineral that's already inside of your teeth. It can heal and prevent cavities unlike fluoride. check out the tooth powder here: livingwellwithdrmichelle.com/product/remineralizing-tooth-powder/
I use a hydrohyapatite calcium supplement to remineralize the teeth. However, more than once I wondered about the safety with the absorption of its nanoparticles, could it be toxic?
Wine and hard liquor, too. "One bourbon, one beer, and a six pack to go..." 😄 ( I rarely drink even a beer, so one IPA with a gourmet burger puts me down for a nap.)
Good video.

Oil pulling is great but I'd recommend only doing it a couple times a week.
