that singer has a great voice! its funny though, this just doesn't feel steve/joe - it feels kind of beneath them ? 🙂
So Kirk with 25% of their technical ability wrote a much more memorable solo.
And this, kids is why compositional skills are more important than techical prowess.
Metallica has covered plenty of songs, almost each of them better than the original.
I have yet to hear someone covering Metallica and improving on the original. And if Joe and Steve can't do it....good luck.
