Michael Kiske and Andi Deris duo vocalists are the best Helloween can do. Both still can reach high notes, but they can save their voices and stamina, as they can alternate the singing part. Magnificent concert!
Other bands after 40 years in the music business with tours and albums: "OK, let's lower the pitch by a semitone so that our singer can still do it!" - which, by the way, is better than messing it up. Helloween: "Nope, it's this or nothing!" And they still deliver like hell! Even in the 1980s, when he was still young, Kiske's pitch was incredible. The fact that it's still like that is as improbable as it is unbelievable!
Michael Kiske is incredible. I got the Keeper albums when I was in 9th grade. I remember wanting to go home to listen to it everyday for a few months straight. Two epic albums that are perfect.
Forget about two great vocalists, What amazing is the sound of Drums, guitar and bass are exactly the same like on original track at 35 years ago. So bring back childhood memories, ...🥲 Remember at that time I played I Want Out over and over again day and night till broke the Rewind button on my tape. But it doesn't matter, I can still rewind my cassette by poking a pen in the cassette hole and then spinning it like a helicopter to get my manual Rewind...😂😂
I was there!! A truly unforgettable festival with everything that had happened with the rain and mud, but in the end it was achieved and it was incredible!! PUMPKINS RULE!!!🤘

Keeper Part 1 & 2 liefen damals bei mir im Auto in Schleife hoch und runter. Unvergesslich für mich auch der erste Live-Gig mit Michi Kiske, in Hannover in der "Rotation" am 07.04.1987 mit Overkill als Support. Was da aus einem erst Neunzehnjährigen an kontrollierter Stimmgewalt rauskam, hat einem eine Gänsehaut verpasst. - Selbst nach Jahrzehnten noch eindrücklich in Erinnerung!
Amazing. I was two times when pumpkins already united ,one tine in Kiev in 2019 and one time in USA,Silver Spring in 2023 it was amazing,for fans it's one of the best period - both vocalist Kiske and Deris and one one of my favourite musician and vocalist ever - Kai Hansen . I had a chance to meet Kai and speak with him after the show , showed him our photo together from 2008 when he came to Kiev with GammaRay he was very wondered ) . Unfortunately I've met after the show only Kai Hansen and Michael Weikath vut I hope will meet other guys . Helloween forever ..
So important to have that guitar trio for metal bands live, same with Maiden, the sound live gets so much fuller when you can have two leads playing in harmony while backed by a third rhythm guitar in the backround, stuff you otherwise only hear on records! I also love it when Kiske was playing on one of the lead guitarist whammy bar in one of the mini-solos :D Do they always play with their two old singers now or is this on special occasions only ? They complement each other perfectly and could really use these two singers full time I think after hearing this !

I saw these guys live in NYC in May 2023 where they got inducted into the metal hall of fame. It was the lowest point in my life, and the concert made me so happy and gave me a lot of hope. I love this band and what they represent. Old rivalries being ended in the name of forgiveness and friendship.
It’s amazing what reunions can do for legendary bands. First Maiden going from fading to bigger than ever and then Helloween’s amazing completion to put them from playing in semi-obscurity to being HUGE! Putting both Kiske and Deris together is the best decision they could’ve ever made! Love it!

Let's be honest here. Helloween is the band all hardcore Iron Maiden fans imagine Maiden to be. I'm saying that as someone who lived and breathed Maiden back in the 80s. This is how you really do long epic songs.
I think many people underrate Helloween outside the WoJ/Keepers era. They've released excellent albums after those three. I wouldn't compare them to Iron Maiden though. They're both essential in my music book.

Fue fantástico y pusieron toda la carne en el asador por su público! Lo más memorable son las fotos que pude tomar y la banda abridora no fue la excepción, los chicos de Hammerfall también estuvieron supremos! Been a fan of Helloween, from my youth. I kinda never liked Deris, he was inferior to my mind, compared to Kiske... After they came back to this "Super Helloween"-lineup, I have to say I really, REALLY like Deris's vocal performance. It's like Kiske has made him to reach the best potential of his vocal capabilities. Helloween now is a Super Group, to me. Drummer is awesome, new(est) guitarist is awesome. And their live performances are excellent... I'm over 50. These performances inspire me. Unbelievable...

I think many people underrate Helloween outside the WoJ/Keepers era. They've released excellent albums after those three.
I wouldn't compare them to Iron Maiden though. They're both essential in my music book.
Talking out your ass with this take. Maiden are maiden , untouchable. Helloween are good , I prefer Gamma Ray , but neither touch Maiden.

This song has reminded me in the year of 1988 , when I was playing in a local band in Jakarta, Indonesia. We used to play Iron Maiden's songs. Iron Maiden is a Heavy Metal band comes from England, as the predecessor band to Halloween.

Los pude ver en Tampa el año pasado a través de una ventana en el "sound checking" y más tarde en el show en un venue ultra pequeño. Fue fantástico y pusieron toda la carne en el asador por su público! Lo más memorable son las fotos que pude tomar y la banda abridora no fue la excepción, los chicos de Hammerfall también estuvieron supremos! Fue una noche me memorable de auténtico metal ejecutado a la perfección!!!😊

I kinda never liked Deris, he was inferior to my mind, compared to Kiske...
After they came back to this "Super Helloween"-lineup, I have to say I really, REALLY like Deris's vocal performance. It's like Kiske has made him to reach the best potential of his vocal capabilities.
Helloween now is a Super Group, to me. Drummer is awesome, new(est) guitarist is awesome. And their live performances are excellent...
