Women were Woke back then, too, it seems. She says she can stand on her own two feet --- and then the men won't give her a seat, telling her to stand on her own two feet. LOL.... I love this movie, and how it speaks to today's feminism. This problem has been around for awhile, I guess.
I just hate what Ted Turner did with American treasures with this poor colorization. These is no bringing them back and with all his money, he could have made high quality copies to ruin....thanks for the movie tho...Let's Go Brandon

John Wayne's character is corny to me because he's chasing a women that is charmed by a rich man. She got bought. The Duke is jealous of another man's possession, I don't like the plot but his movies are good. I take back a lil of what I said because, he reminds me of Forrest Gump in this film.
