Thanks for bringing us out! Please do consider doing this format more. I missed visiting that store when I visited Japan during January and regretted it. I must admit that it's a fantastic trend as we can now try to bring to life the style that our favorite characters are sporting in a more organic way; which otherwise may be restricted to cosplaying that can be quite daunting for most. And we do have very stylish character outfits too that these stores / designers can definitely put a creative twist to - but, I wish when they do it, *they can go all out*, and not just stick some simple label, character photo and call it a day. On the other hand, I also quite like figures sporting streetwear or everyday outfits and wish there could be more.
I’m not the biggest fan of this line, I prefer my Eva figures in plug suits, but I did get the Alter Rei wheres she’s wearing a hoody over her plug suit. I really love that figure.
the one from the eva global store / amiami? this one was also illustrated by yoneyama mai. i'm thinking about getting her aswell since she looks really nice.
@@Edna_san Yea that’s it, beautiful figure, and one of the best likeness to Rei I’ve seen, that and the black plug suit from Kotobukiya are my favourite Rei figures. There’s some terrible Eva figures out there.
i got the asuka and rei figure from radio eva part 2 already and also bought a bunch of radio eva clothes. I love the whole concept of anime figures wearing street clothes and can't wait for the part 3 figures. Btw i got the SOLWA Miku shown in this video aswell 🥰
Super interesting video guys I love the analysis on fashion and how it ties into anime and figurines, we're in an interesting spot in the industry for sure
I love Radio Eva figures! I'd like Hobby Max Japan adds Misato Katsuragi in Radio Eva figures line 💖💖💖 Poor my wallet but I want Misato in streetwear clothes 😍😍😍😍
Great video report! I collect figures, I collect EVERYTHING Evangelion. Love these figures because primarily the characters and poses. But I will not buy any other franchise or anime character figures like these. I feel they are a bit of a rip off since they are wearing a lot of loose clothing and you really can’t see their body shapes.

This needs to happen with Bleach! It's literally the perfect series for this sort of concept, Kubo's sense of fashion is unmatched among shonen mangakas.
Umamusume did collab with some fashion brand, but all they released was typical merchs, clothes, and just acrylic stands! They should really make real figurines not acrylic stands🤢 My horse waifu chan looked so cute in those clothes
Because at some point Khara got it in their heads that they can simply slap the "EVANGELION" logo or branding on just about anything, and the consumers will still buy it regardless. Boom, infinite money exploit.
This is nothing new. The creator of EVA back in 1995 loved designer clothes and even in evangelion they wear some of those clothes. welcome to evangelion.
The real drip were the friends we made along the way
Omedetto 🗿👏👏👏👏👏👏
Asuka with drip goes so hard I did not expect that
i did NOT expect kaworu to be dripped up to the max

YES this is actual wearable clothes, not trash anime clothes with a logo/character on it

Now Im hoping Bleach gets the same figures.
