Those companies that had a turnover of 2 crores, but donated 10 crores or so , income tax department ought to get into action. Even companies showing losses donated tens of crores

All political parties should return the money received from electoral bond, as the entire scheme is unconstitutional.
Such financial anarchy need to be investigated otherwise India is destined to be poorer inspite of some claimed to be Biswaguru. In otherwords we are Biswaguru of financial profligacy like note bandi,GST,stock exchange manipulation,bank loan waiver etc. The SC may give importance to state exchequer.

Everything can go on. WHy SC is not asking the beneficiaries to deposit money to Indian govt's exchequre? You already said it is unconstitutional. In which scam people are allowed to retain money?
Appropriately, difficulty should be on donors. Thus discouraged, there will be no sluash money to spare.
Law Chakra seems to position itself as an Agency of the Opposition! Not a Balanced Report!! Transparency is very important. However, the fact is Electoral Bonds are far far superior to Cash Donations!!! All the issues raised here and more apply to Cash Donations. Opposition favors it as Cash Donations are much more amenable to quid pro quo as well as Personal Corruption. SC should have Mandated Transparency in the Electoral Bond Scheme instead of declaring it unconstitutional, as if Cash Donations are Constitutional!!!

Why the government which has passed the electoral bonds is not penalized. The agencies who were forced to give donation are being penalized. The shady companies should be penalized not prominent companies who regularly give donation.

Have the Bond buyers paid tax for the money invested to buy the Bond and why should the Political party not pay Tax. When we work and earn money we pay TAX but the Political party gets free black money then why not pay Tax. SC should take note and punish the culprits severely if found guilty.

One who has donated huge money in the form of EBs, may be required to tell from where he got that huge amount. So he may be punished if it is black money. But the political party which received has received as per EB law passed in the parliament. So the receiver is a gentleman 🤣
